Anthology of Plagiarism

adding a black checker to cell " b2 " results to a worse game in variation A and is a form of plagiarism.

This diagram was formed by A. Fomin on August of 6, 2025 at 17:11 Moscow time. It was published in the same time on the forum "Myth":
Solution : d8 (f4), h2 (c7), h6 (b2)-A.Zenchenkov, 1911 , c1 (a1) , cf4 (a:g3), h:f4 x

This diagram was conceived on the morning of August 6, 2025 and created by A. Fomin on August of 6, 2025 at 19:30 Moscow time. It was also published in the same time on the forum "Myth" .
Image
Solution: e3, b4, b8, c1(g5), h6 (b2) , c1 (a1), f4, f4 x
After some time, a next plagiarism by mr. P. Shkludov appears in internet :
Image..Image
Solutions: b8(a3), e3, e7, c1(f4), h6 - A. Zenchenkov , 1911 - (b2), c1(a1), f4, f4+
b8(g5), e3, e7, c1(f4), h6 - A. Zenchenkov, 1911 - (b2), c1(a1), f4, f4+
In all cases, Mr. P. Shkludov not only does not provide a link to the original source of the borrowing, but almost completely repeats the content of the author's works from the original source. P. Shkludov only gives a hint of the "original source" from parallel worlds.

After some time, Mr. P. Shkludov, under his own name, publishes plagiarism on his forum, where he is the administrator.

The creator of the supposedly new work is aware of the fact, to put it mildly, of borrowing when he mentions in Russian about parallel worlds .
The amateur arranger did not create anything new, having published under his own name a primitive approach for creation to someone else's final motif, which was a fragment of a combination of the original source.

The most probable primary source that Mr. Shkludov adhered to is shown in diagram 2. Having seen the publication placed by the author in diagram No. 2, P. Shkludov immediately began to modify A. Fomin's idea to his advantage. The author was forced to immediately take measures to stop the plagiarism attempt, for which he posted both equivalent versions under his name. The author had 7 days to stop the plagiarism attempt, after which moderation of what had already been published became unavailable.
It is noteworthy that P. Shkludov deliberately does not indicate the original source of his new creation, which means concealing an attempt at plagiarism.

In addition the insolubility in position No. 681 by P. Shkludov, there is also a close predecessor : A. Fomin [("64"-21-1981, 9-th Moscow Championship, 1982 (6.5 points)], to whom the so-called follower tried unsuccessfully to attach himself.

On July 3rd this year, P. Shkludov noticed a publication by A. Fomin, in this forum which combined a well-known combination with a rare final motive. In this situation, the so-called " arranger " moved the black checker in Fomin's composition from the b6 square to c7 and illegally declared this variation, which does not represent anything new, to himself. It is curious that in this situation P. Shkludov considers himself the author of the pictur on the checkers board , but his declaration looks like a performance by a circus artist, and not the inventor of a new work. A clear manifestation of plagiarism combined with trolling.

Some times later P. Shkludov responds to the claim against him regarding plagiarism::

Shkludov never claimed rights to Fomin's picture.
But for some reason Fomin claims rights to Shkludov's picture.
We are not talking about the authorship of the work.
We are talking about copyright.
However, as it turned out, copyright does not apply with regards to the checkers composition.
Copyright applies to artistic images - paintings, photographs.
Based on this, we can only talk about the authorship of the picture on the board.
A preventive measure was chosen against the Plagiarist: an equivalent variation with a black checker on the c7 cell instead of b6 was published under the name of the real author.

This Shkludov's statement no longer looks like the performance of a circus artist, but rather like the statement of an hypocrite exclusively .
As evidence of the presented material, we provide a scan of P. Shkludov's response from the Planet forum (see below)

After some time, P. Shkludov publishes plagiarism on his forum, not embarrassed to mention that his craft was made on the basis of information from so called parallel worlds.
The plagiarist by re-dier of some else work appropriated also it for himself containing two original optionsIn order to ensure compliance with the copyright law, first published in the Code of the USSR of draughts game in 1986 , a preventive measure was applied to the Plagiarist by confiscating his variation of someone else's work and transferring it to the real author.
It is no coincidence that the champion of plagiarism in draughts composition P. Shkludov is called a bully of geese.

Screenshot_20250906-180852.jpg

The plagiarist admitted that he appropriated someone else's pie 3 after hours it was made by the author of the two-variant compisition , having organized the theft of A. Fomin's work..The plagiarist also confirmed his worthlessness in fields of draughtsccompisition - his inability to work independently for several decades. For such things, in the USSR, the Plagiarist would have long been disqualified for a long time, up to life. It was precisely this type of sanctions that Plsgiarist proposed on the eve of the General Assembly of the FMJD-2015; to the President of the draughts Russia Federation Anatoly Nikitin (for exposing him the fraudulent activities of the subsequently dissolved false commission CPI FMJD).
Ps: The measure of restraint for the plagiarist was the confiscation of someone else's pie that he had stolen.

A primitive positional approach to a well-known final motive. Black's last move in the position of proving "legality" contradicts common sense. Combination play for whites is almost absent, since a primitive 2x2 exchange checkers cannot be considered a serious combination.. Such a "composition" in the genre of miniatures is a striking example of epigonism and positional problems. This idea is much better implemented by its ideological predecessor.
Despite the presence of a black checker that is unsuccessfully placed on the second horizontal, the rather complex combination of the predecessor allows him to appear as a strong one.
Ps: The epigonic remake followed on the Internet two days after predecessor .
Mr. P. Shkludov's imitative style deprived him of the opportunity to achieve the title of master in the Soviet times. And those diplomas and certificates that were issued by someone in the new 21st century are not considered legitimate by the Ministry of Sport of Russia and the Republic of Belarus Ministry . More precisely, the Ministry of Sports of the Republic of Belarus does not consider checkers composition to be a sport at all. The organized group of random people so called as CPI FMJD who did not have any referee certificates or official credentials to judge checker composition competitions was dissolved at the General Assembly of the FMJD in October 2017.

The Plagiarist saw solution of this "problema" after the moves 1 gf6 a:c7 2.ab8 and brazenly appropriated this fragment of author composition. A striking example of the fraudulent actions that led to the fall of the so-called CPI FMJD committee, dissolved by the General Assembly of the FMJD in October 2017 , where the said gentleman was deprived of the post of the grey cardinal of this committee of international impostors. After almost 35 years since the collapse of the USSR , the Plagiarist once again stuck, to a foreign intellectual property, since he was not able to do anything significant on his own, to achieve the title of master of sports in draughts or draughrs composition.

...................................
The judges of the 7th USSR Championship decided to reject P. Shkludov's "masterpiece" for a far-fetched reason (unsolvability), but the situation was very simple. This masterpiece is a positional "problema " : after a banal exchange of 2x3 on the board, the ending of M. Tsvetov appears with its displacement down the board. As for the miniature of mr. P. Shkludov , there is no combination in it, but there is a kind of one-move "maneuver" according to the classification of the same judge A. Winderman. In the rules of draights composition in hundred cells board it is written: "a combination game is sacrifices of white checkers". And where are the sacrifices of white checkers in P. Shkludov miniature ?
M. M. Botvinnik writes in his book "Analytical and critical works", 1987: the exchange of a knight for a bishop is not a combination. A combination is a forced variation with a sacrifice. In P. Shkludov's miniature there are no victims at all, but there is an exchange. Another exchange occurs already in the ending (final motive or simply in the ending). In A. Fomin's miniature there is a victim of the white king and in two versions.
The International Shemyakinsky Court recognized P. Shkludov's encroachment on someone else's intellectual property as a relapse of plagiarism.

The plagiarist has adopted demagogy: he has taken a fragment of an evidentiary position by A. Fomin that was published before all subsequent variations and appropriated this fragment for himself. In order to conceal plagiarism, the "amateur artist" deliberately kept silent about the time of creation of the evidentiary position by A. Fomin , obviously counting on a scandalous response from the real author, but he miscalculated.
Ps: Lacking diplomas, medallions and commercial successes at the Vanity Fair of draughts composition , the whiner turned to judge Valery Yacheykin with a request to drag him by the ears to first place in the 1991 Belarusian Championship. In case of refusal, intending to end the pomposity in fields of draughts composition with the way by suicide.
