Anthology of Plagiarism

adding a black checker to cell " b2 " results to a worse game in variation A and is a form of plagiarism.

This diagram was formed by A. Fomin on August of 6, 2025 at 17:11 Moscow time. It was published in the same time on the forum "Myth":
Solution : d8 (f4), h2 (c7), h6 (b2)-A.Zenchenkov, 1911 , c1 (a1) , cf4 (a:g3), h:f4 x

This diagram was conceived on the morning of August 6, 2025 and created by A. Fomin on August of 6, 2025 at 19:30 Moscow time. It was also published in the same time on the forum "Myth" .
Image
Solution: e3, b4, b8, c1(g5), h6 (b2) , c1 (a1), f4, f4 x
After some time, a next plagiarism by mr. P. Shkludov appears in internet :
Image..Image
Solutions: b8(a3), e3, e7, c1(f4), h6 - A. Zenchenkov , 1911 - (b2), c1(a1), f4, f4+
b8(g5), e3, e7, c1(f4), h6 - A. Zenchenkov, 1911 - (b2), c1(a1), f4, f4+
In all cases, Mr. P. Shkludov not only does not provide a link to the original source of the borrowing, but almost completely repeats the content of the author's works from the original source. P. Shkludov only gives a hint of the "original source" from parallel worlds.

After some time, Mr. P. Shkludov, under his own name, publishes plagiarism on his forum, where he is the administrator.

The creator of the supposedly new work is aware of the fact, to put it mildly, of borrowing when he mentions in Russian about parallel worlds .
The amateur arranger did not create anything new, having published under his own name a primitive approach for creation to someone else's final motif, which was a fragment of a combination of the original source.

The most probable primary source that Mr. Shkludov adhered to is shown in diagram 2. Having seen the publication placed by the author in diagram No. 2, P. Shkludov immediately began to modify A. Fomin's idea to his advantage. The author was forced to immediately take measures to stop the plagiarism attempt, for which he posted both equivalent versions under his name. The author had 7 days to stop the plagiarism attempt, after which moderation of what had already been published became unavailable.
It is noteworthy that P. Shkludov deliberately does not indicate the original source of his new creation, which means concealing an attempt at plagiarism.

At the same time, P. Shkludov admits in Russian that this work of his comes from parallel worlds.

How is this not an obvious provocation and trolling?

This is a work by P. Shkludov from the republican contest "Odessa-1989", No. 681

In addition the insolubility in position No. 681 by P. Shkludov, there is also a close predecessor : A. Fomin [("64"-21-1981, 9-th Moscow Championship, 1982 (6.5 points)], to whom the so-called follower tried unsuccessfully to attach himself.

The combination itself seems to suggest itself... It probably was before. If not with this endgame, then with another. Or maybe with this one.
Here, for example, this position was definitely composed "300 years ago":

Ps: Usually, when a person suspects that his work is not original, he does not put his name above the diagram. Master Alexander Kogotko wrote about this: «P. Shkludov constantly shows off: I am a mountain! I am higher than the mountains!:»
V. Svizinsky's composition took part in the 6th USSR Championship on drafts composition (1987), where it received a unanimous score of 8 points from three judges.

On July 3rd this year, P. Shkludov noticed a publication by A. Fomin, in this forum which combined a well-known combination with a rare final motive. In this situation, the so-called " arranger " moved the black checker in Fomin's composition from the b6 square to c7 and illegally declared this variation, which does not represent anything new, to himself. It is curious that in this situation P. Shkludov considers himself the author of the pictur on the checkers board , but his declaration looks like a performance by a circus artist, and not the inventor of a new work. A clear manifestation of plagiarism combined with trolling.

Some times later P. Shkludov responds to the claim against him regarding plagiarism::

Shkludov never claimed rights to Fomin's picture.
But for some reason Fomin claims rights to Shkludov's picture.
We are not talking about the authorship of the work.
We are talking about copyright.
However, as it turned out, copyright does not apply with regards to the checkers composition.
Copyright applies to artistic images - paintings, photographs.
Based on this, we can only talk about the authorship of the picture on the board.
A preventive measure was chosen against the Plagiarist: an equivalent variation with a black checker on the c7 cell instead of b6 was published under the name of the real author.

This Shkludov's statement no longer looks like the performance of a circus artist, but rather like the statement of an hypocrite exclusively .
As evidence of the presented material, we provide a scan of P. Shkludov's response from the Planet forum (see below)

However, this plagiarism turns out to be not only a worse on form and content compared to its ideological predecessor by Fomin , but even a copy of the original of someone else's work (" ,Shashki" , No. 2-1989 ) , printed in this journal.
