В восьмидесятых годах прошлого века нытик постоянно скулил в адрес руководителей соревнований, требуя для себя поблажек, а именно - в нарушение регламента соревноаания униженно просил принять для участия композиции,, не соответствующие условиям конкурса по сроку публикации .Так было, например, в 15-м чемпионате Москвы 1988года . В своей забракованной на чемпионате Москвы 1986 года композиции проситель поставил статиста -черную простую шашку "16" и пишет : опубликовано : " Вечерний Ленинград " , 26.12.1986 . ,
чемпионат Москвы 1986 г, оценка 0 очков из за частного побочного решения. Прошу в виде исключения принять концовку на чемпионат как исправление и ввиду того, что срок 1.01.87 г и дата опубликования различны всего лишь на 6 дней ".
Консультант чемпионата Сергей Юшкевич пишет - это не аргумент ! Судьи А. Фомин и главный судья А. Федорук не пошли на поводу у нытика, согласившись с мнением Сергея Юшкевича, выствив просителю милостыни ноль очков за просрочку .Точно таким же образом "скулильщик" действовал и в чемпионате профсоюзов -64-1989 года и в других чемпионатах Москвы , требуя для себя аналогичных поблажек.
