Apparently, N. Grushevsky didn't like the external form of this composition and he ignored it .Much years later digging through the Grushevsky archive P. A. Bredov drew attention at my work .. He writes: "Guess the author." The author of this work recognized himself in the Grushevsky publication. Plagiarist P. A. Bredov, however, during 44 years after A. Fomin letter to N. Grushevsky , did not take advantage of the opportunity to create a masterpiece in its completed form, based on this template and now clowns around according to the motif of R. Leoncavallo's famous opera "Pagliacci" . . Here is this masterpiece from 1981. Published for the first time..

In 2012, the circus artist P.Shkludov, acting as the puppeteer of the draughts composition, prepared profitable for himself assesments of compositions to the dummy judge A. Nagumanov, who automatically forwarded them to the coordinator P. Shkludov as his own. In this way, the informant of the local Belarusian police department earned himself justification for his status as a parasite by the way of sabotaging his competitors. Here is one of such compositions that suffered from the activities of a draughts cheater :

There was no way to control the outlaw P. Shkludov, who sent and accepted his assessment from Nagumanov, since Nagumanov himself, with the approval of V. Matus along with the spirit of Judge Grushevsky (whose role was played by Grushevsky's email address), had already been tested earlier as dummy judges.
As compensation for the creation and exploitation of Judge Grushevsky's spirit , illusionist P. Shkludov nominated N. Grushevsky for a bronze medal in the rigged world championship in drafts composition. Shocked by such unprecedentedly brazen fraud from the self proclaimed tsar S. Razin , officials of the International Draughts Federation shifted responsibility for organizing the fake world championship to the Draughts Federations of Russia and the Republic of Belarus, which had no connection with the championship. The public first learned about this from the articles in the magazine Problemist, published by the international grandmaster Sergei Yushkevich and the magazine's editor-in-chief Mr. Hein Wilsensen (Netherlands)
The exposure of a fraudulent criminal group organized by the self-proclaimed Tsar Stepan Razin, whose role was played by an aggressive and uneducated teacher of Russian language mangling from Novopolotsk, was inevitable, but for various reasons it dragged on for more than 10 years! Fomin's compositions from the so-called 64-pwcp-1 world championship. Under the pressure of truth and the danger of the destruction of the fake CPI FMJD commission on checkers composition, the chairman of this commission was forced to admit the falsification of predecessor towards A. Fomin's e36 , in a response letter to the claim of the Russian Drafts Federation, admitting that "the grain of truth regarding the problem of E36 A. Fomin was lost. The destruction of this composition by evaluating it according to a garbage rating scale by judge Andreev, an accomplice of P. Shkludov, actually meant the liquidation of e36 as a quality work and removed A. Fomin from among the competitors of the forger P. Shkludov, who had fantastic privileges compared to other participants in the fake competition - correspondence with judges, imposing his opinion on them, as well as the transmission and subsequent return of favorable ratings from judges, which completely destroyed P. Shkludov's competitors. But the forger did not stop there: he lobbied for the rejection of three works by Fomin A.,trying to prove the inconsistency of these compositions towards the regulations, which was yet another fraud on his part, as these three works fully complied with the championship regulations published in English. The Russian-language regulations also allowed for the participation of compositions from the unfinished 1994 World Championship in this sham competition. There were so many violations in this sham championship that in March 2014, all CPI FMJD competitions were blocked due to a fair decision regarding Fomin A.'s justified protest against the results of the sham championship. However, the impostor Shkludov continued his interests in the name of the CPI FMJD president, resulting in the CPI FMJD Commission being dissolved by a vote of the federations affiliated with the FMJD. The cancellation of the CPI FMJD existence occurred in October 2017.

A fragment of A. Fomin's etude, consisting of the second most important variant, was declared by L. Vitoshkin in the Anthology of Etudes as an etude by P. Shkludov. This is why P. Shkludov attacked A. Fomin's composition E36 with particular zeal, that proved insignificance Mr. P. Shkludov as a predecessor.
