It is a webshop. The main business of webshops is selling. Questions must be about orders allready made. Otherwise go to a physical shop.

The webshop is a disaster. In the first place: the website doesn't work properly on my computer.

I will not be calling because they do not speak the language. I sent three emails and no one answered them.Paul van de Veen wrote:Try a call to +31(0)630087675 (13:00 - 17:00)

I have established contact between Kryzstof and the folks from Raindroptime.
Don't know what went wrong. Anyway, it goes well, at the end

It is hard to say whether you have contact with me. In april I bought a wiring board DGT Draughts e-Board for 49 euros.Paul van de Veen wrote:I have established contact between Kryzstof and the folks from Raindroptime.

My question is the following. Why did not I get a 5 meter cable and got a 50 centimeter cable. As you can see on the website that a person buys a cable 5 meters and not 50 centimeters.

I informed these people that there seems to be a problem.
I copied some parts of your message.
They told me that they have contacted you by mail.
So I suggest that you reply to their mail.
Give me your mailadress and I will see what I can do.

Re: Shop http://www.raindroptime.com/
With only person with which for me she answered the mail it is Mr. Hovestadt. After buying the board Mr. Hovestadt said he wrote me how I can buy wiring to the board. The same after the purchase of the board. Another thing is that after buying the boards DGT Draughts e-Board I did not get any software to run the tournament. I will add that Mr. Hovestadt asked me just about the tournament software. Warmly he thanks but a bit too late Mr Hovestadt asked for the software for running tournaments. Be too bad around I didn't get such a software while buying the board DGT Draughts e-Board. The case of the software is out of date, courtesy of several people who helped me. Thank you very much for that.

I have such a question. Is this a 5 meter cable?.

Re: Shop http://www.raindroptime.com/
For tournaments the usual cabling is as follows:
You need a standard cable A which connects the board and the clock to the long line running around several boards.
This is always a 50 cm. cable. This is the cable in your picture.
There is a second cable B which is max. 5 meters long (it is just a standard Cat5 network cable.)
And there is a third cable C which connects the long cable to the USB-Serial converter.
For a single board connection, these cables A-B-C are combined.

You seem to have the tournament cabling, not the single board cable.

Re: Shop http://www.raindroptime.com/
Mr. Leo Hovestadt i bought a 5 meter cable and not 50 centimeters. And that someone changed the website on the 0.5 meter is already another thing.
