Then point 3 - Composers activities, was discussed by Uladzislau Splendzer, responsible of the section. He exposed the composition of EDC Commission of Draughts Problemist, already created during meeting on 28th September. The nominated members by EDC for the Problemist commission (CPI EDC) are: Vitaly Vаrushyla (Belarus, head of comission), Algimantas Kačiuška (Lithuania), Mikhail Lewandovsky (Ukraine), Rustam Shayakhmetov (Russia, as secretary) and Gerard Thimens (Netherlands). According to the proposal of the CPI EDC the following competitions will be organized and included into EDC competitions calendar: European Cup in Draughts Composition (years 2020-2022), Memorial of Nikolai Grushevsky (organized by Belarusian Draughts Federation, years 2020-2021); International competition Lietuva Lithuania-2021 (organized by LIETUVOS ŠAŠKIŲ KOMPOZICIJOS MĖGĖJŲ SĄJUNGA, years 2021-2022 ) and other competitions will be added later.

Puis le point 3 - Activités des Problémistes, a été discuté par Uladzislau Splendzer, responsable de la section. Il a exposé la composition de la Commission EDC des Problémistes de Dames, déjà créée lors de la réunion du 28 septembre. Les membres nommés par EDC pour la Commission des Problémistes (CPI EDC) sont: Vitaly Vаrushyla (Bélarus, chef de la commission), Algimantas Kačiuška (Lituanie), Mikhail Lewandovsky (Ukraine), Rustam Shayakhmetov (Russie, en tant que secrétaire) et Gerard Thimens (Pays-Bas) ). Selon la proposition de la CPI EDC, les compétitions suivantes seront organisées et incluses dans le calendrier des compétitions EDC: Coupe d'Europe des Problèmes de Dames (années 2020-2022), Mémorial de Nikolai Grushevsky (organisé par la Fédération Bélarussienne de Jeu de Dames, années 2020-2021); Concours international Lietuva Lituanie-2021 (organisé par LIETUVOS ŠAŠKIŲ KOMPOZICIJOS MĖGĖJŲ SĄJUNGA, années 2021-2022) et d'autres compétitions seront ajoutées ultérieurement.
