While it is possible to write a program that only runs on Intel and not AMD, it is unlikely that a draughts program would be written in such a way to run on only one of them. AMD would not sell many processors if they couldn't run nearly all programs that run on Intel.

Thank you for your response Ed. I mean programs such as Dragon, Moby Dam, Damage or will work properly under the AMD processor.
I am also wondering if he decides to share the draughts engine Damy (the decision belongs to Gerard) it also worked under the AMD processor. I will just add that in the future all tournaments in international draughts will be played on the following equipment:
Processor - AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1950X
Hard disc - SSD Samsung 840 Evo 1 TB
Memory of frames - 32 GB DDR4 2400 - in the future 64 GB DDR4 2400
System - Windows 10 64 bit Pro
I am already assembling a second computer the same as I wrote above, but it will take a while.
