5 rounds with groups of up to 15 people. I miss any information on whether it is Swiss (which is hardly useful with such small groups and so few rounds), or another system to decide who plays against who, which I think is very important information for a tournament like this.
I also think the English part of the PDF needs to be rewritten, because it seems to be a literal translation (or maybe even a computer translation) from Italian, and it is very difficult to read.
For the rest I do have the feeling this can be a very nice setup of a tournament and I hope it will be a success. Too bad I haven't got my finances for Thailand open completely sorted yet, so I can't sign up to any tournaments before that, but if it is a success and is going to be repeated in the future, I will keep this in mind for other years.
