I am a little disappointed in the discussion you start with the African players Ndonzi and Samb and your believe that we as FMJD are not taking these subjects serious. There is also some things written that are not correct and you know it.

The discussion you are starting is not helping you in any respect. The thing that you are informing people incorrect is for me not really worth a discussion.

In the WC 2005 in Amsterdam you wanted to act the same way as Andreiko many years ago and it was Jahu who created the problem. In fact there was a discussion about 2 moves at the same time and not three but also a discussion about your last move whether that was a correct one or incorrect one.

To put it in racial perspective will not help you at all. The fact today is that a Russian/Dutch world championship is totally uninteresting, for me as a person and for me as a sponsor or visitor. So the Africans are welcome. Does this mean that we accept everything from them. No we do not.

But if we try to express our opinion then I have one myself where you have requested me and the WC organization to get allowed to play in the WC 2007 offering your prize money as compensation. Is this the way you want to arrange things?

For me that was totally unacceptable and would not become public if you did not write a story that can be considered as not productive.

ß, äåéñòâèòåëüíî, îò÷àÿííî "ïûòàëñÿ êóïèòü" ñïîíñîðñêîå ìåñòî íà ×åìïèîíàòå Ìèðà-2007 (÷òî óâåëè÷èëî áû ïðèçîâîé ôîíä íà 10 ïðîöåíòîâ). Ïûòàëñÿ åù¸ ñ ñåíòÿáðÿ 2006 ãîäà, êîãäà çàâàëèë ×åìïèîíàò Åâðîïû â Áîâåöå è ïîòåðÿë âñå øàíñû íà ïîïàäàíèå.

Ðàííèé îòêàç Ñåéáðàíäñà è Âèðñìû îò ó÷àñòèÿ â ×åìïèîíàòå Ìèðà-2007 óâåëè÷èë, êàçàëîñü, ìîè ïðèçðà÷íûå øàíñû íà ñïîíñîðñêîå ìåñòî (èëè ìåñòî îðãàíèçàòîðîâ). Ìíå êàçàëîñü, ÷òî ìîé âûñîêèé ìåæäóíàðîäíûé ðåéòèíã (êóäà èñ÷åçëà ïðàêòèêà, êîãäà íà ìèðîâûå øàøå÷íûå ôîðóìû ïðèãëàøàëè íåñêîëüêî ÷åëîâåê ïî ðåéòèíãó, êàê íàïðèìåð, â Òóðíèð Ïðåòåíäåíòîâ 1997 ãîäà -?!) + ìîè ñòàðòîâûå â êà÷åñòâå óâåëè÷åíèÿ ïðèçîâîãî ôîíäà ñòàíóò ïðèâëåêàòåëüíûìè äëÿ îðãàíèçàòîðîâ ×åìïèîíàòà Ìèðà (íàâåðíÿêà, óâåëè÷åíèå ïðèçîâîãî ôîíäà ïðèâåòñòâîâàëîñü áû ñàìèìè ó÷àñòíèêàìè ×åìïèîíàòà Ìèðà...).

Íå áóäó òóò îïèñûâàòü äåòàëè ïåðåãîâîðîâ (äóìàþ, ÷òî îãàíèçàòîðû ×åìïèîíàòà Ìèðà âñåðü¸ç ðàññìàòðèâàëè ìîþ êàíäèäàòóðó - èëè äåëàëè âèä, ÷òî âñåðü¸ç...).  ìîèõ e-mail íå áûëî áàíêîâñêèõ ãàðàíòèé. Ïèñàë ñàìîñòîÿòåëüíî, à íå îò íàøåé Ôåäåðàöèè. Âîçìîæíî, ýòè ôàêòîðû îòïóãíóëè îðãàíèçàòîðîâ.

 ìî¸ì "ïðåäëîæåíèè" íå áûëî ñåêðåòíîñòè. Ïîïûòàëñÿ äàæå îïóáëèêîâàòü ýòî ïðåäëîæåíèå î "ïîêóïêå ñïîíñîðñêîãî ìåñòà" íà ôîðóìå ÔÌÆÄ (ó ìåíÿ åñòü àâòîðèòåòíûé ñâèäåòåëü ýòîìó), íî ýòî ïîêàçàëîñü ìíå ïî÷åìó-òî íå ëó÷øåé èäååé, òàê êàê, âåðîÿòíî, ñòàëî áû ïðåêðàñíûì ïðåäìåòîì äëÿ ñïåêóëÿöèé ïî ïîâîäó âåñüìà ñêðîìíîãî îáùåãî ïðèçîâîãî ôîíäà (íî äëÿ øàøåê - îòëè÷íîãî!).

Ðàçóìååòñÿ, ìíå íóæíî áûëî ñàìîìó ïîâåñèòü åù¸ â ñåíòÿáðå 2006 ãîäà ýòî ïðåäëîæåíèå î "ïîêóïêå ñïîíñîðñêîãî ìåñòà" íà ñàéòå "Øàøêè Ðîññèè", ÷òîáû ó òàêîãî äàëüíîâèäíîãî øàøå÷íîãî ïîëèòè÷åñêîãî äåÿòåëÿ, êàê Ïèòåð Õèëäåðèíã, íå áûëî áû âîçìîæíîñòè ñïåêóëèðîâàòü ýòèì "êîìïðîìàòîì" â àâãóñòå 2007...

Áëèæå ê çèìå âûÿñíèëîñü, ÷òî íà ýòî ñïîíñîðñêîå ìåñòî ïðåòåíäóþò òîëüêî îäíè ãîëëàíäöû - Àëåêñàíäð Áàëÿêèí, Æåðàðä ßíñåí, Ðîí Õåóñäåíñ... Ïðè÷¸ì - ó Áàëÿêèíà (íà òîò ìîìåíò ó íåãî áûë ñàìûé âûñîêèé ìåæäóíàðîäíûé ðåéòèíã + â àêòèâå áðîíçîâàÿ ìåäàëü ×åìïèîíàòà Ìèðà 2005 ãîäà) áûëè ñàìûå ëó÷øèå ïåðñïåêòèâû.

 òàêîé êîíêóðåíöèè ìíå ñîâñåì íåâîçìîæíî áûëî íàäåÿòüñÿ íà Wild Card ñî ñòîðîíû îðãàíèçàòîðîâ. Òåì áîëåå - ÷òî ÿ ðîññèÿíèí (â ÷èñëå 20 ó÷àñòíèêîâ óæå áûëî 4 ðîññèéñêèõ ãðîññìåéñòåðà), áåëîêîæèé è äàâíî óæå áåç èíäèâèäóàëüíûõ äåéñòâóþùèõ òèòóëîâ.

Ðàçóìååòñÿ, åñòü íåêîòîðàÿ ýòè÷åñêàÿ ïðîáëåìà â ìîåé ïîïûòêå "êóïèòü" ñïîíñîðñêîå (íà òî - îíî è ñïîíñîðñêîå!) ïåðåä ãîëëàíäñêèìè òîï-èãðîêàìè è ïåðåä îðãàíèçàòîðàìè.

Ïåðåä îðãàíèçàòîðàìè ÿ óæå èçâèíÿëñÿ çèìîé. Ïîëüçóÿñü ñëó÷àÿì, õî÷ó èçâèíèòüñÿ ïåðåä ãîëëàíäñêèìè ãðîññìåéñòåðàìè. Âåðîÿòíî, "ïîêóøàëñÿ" íà Âàøå ìåñòî.

Âàøà ðåàêöèÿ, Ïèòåð Õèëäåðèíã, ïî äåëó Ñàìáà ìåíÿ ñèëüíî óäèâèëà. Çðÿ, Âû òóò ïåðåâîäèòå ñòðåëêè íà çàñëóæåííîãî ãëàâíîãî àðáèòðà, 77-ëåòíåãî Õåéíàðà ßõó.

Åãî îøèáêà (îí íåêîòîðîå âðåìÿ ïðåïÿòñòâîâàë ìíå ïåðåæèìàòü ÷àñû â öåéòíîòå) âîâñå íå èìåëà òðàãè÷åñêèõ íåîáðàòèìûõ ïîñëåäñòâèé. ß íå óñïåë ñäåëàòü 51 õîä (êîíòðîëü ñäåëàí). Èãðà áûëà îñòàíîâëåíà ïîñëå òîãî, êàê Ñàìá ñäåëàë ñâîè çíàìåíèòûå 3 õîäà (50-ì õîäîì), à ÿ îòâåòèë 51-ì õîäîì. Íå áûëî íèêàêèõ ïðåäïîñûëîê äëÿ ðàññìàòðèâàíèÿ àôðèêàíñêèõ ïðîòåñòîâ.

Ñàìá íå ÿâèëñÿ íà äîèãðûâàíèå. Ãëàâíûé àðáèòð çàôèêñèðîâàë ïðîñðî÷êó âðåìåíè ñî ñòîðîíû Ñàìáà. 2-0 - â ìîþ ïîëüçó. Ïî âñåì ïðàâèëàì.

I do not have any intention to get into all details of my negotiations with organisers. I hope they seriously considered and reviewed my demands and proposals (or at least demonstrated seriousness). My emails to organisers of the World Championship didn't have an official bank guarantee, and I wrote on my own, not from Russian Federation. Perhaps these facts scared a bit my correspondents.

My proposals were not a big secret. One time I even tried to post this information on FMJD forum (I have a respectable wytness who can prove this). However I thought that this maynot be a best idea, and this post will generate many speculations regards a small prize fund (not small for checkers!).

Of course, I should post my proposals about "an attempt to buy a sponsor place", on forum "Shashki in Russia" in September 2006. This would prevent "well looking ahead" people aki Peter heldering from his highly offensive remarks in August 2007.

While getting closer to the winter 2006-2007, it's became more clear and obvious that only Netherland players are pretend to get a Wild Crad from organisers / sponsors: A. Balyakin, G. Jansen, R. Heusdens ... Although, A. Balyakin had the best chance: the highest International rating at this time (winter 2006-2007) + 3rd place in the World Championship 2005.

Of course, my chances were miserable to get a Wild Card from organsiers / sponsors in this competetion. Especially if we consider the following facts: I am Russian (there were already 4 other Russian players among 20) + I am a white color + I don't have an actual individual titles for long time.

Indeed, there is some sort of ethical problem here against Netherland top players and organisers - in my attempt "to buy" a sponsor's endorsment (thats why it is called "sponsors" !),

I already appologised before organisers, and having a chance, I want to appologise now before Netherland grandmasters. I appologise that I wanted to get your endorsment. Trully, this is not a method ...

Mr. Pieter Hildering, your reaction regards Samb case seriously surprised me. I don't think it is a good thing to do: to change targets into other directions - 77 years old Heinar Jahu.

His error (he tried to block me some time to push clocks in my tzeitnot) didn't have a tragic outcome. I didn't have a chance to make my 51st move (after time control). The game was stopped after Samb made his famous 3 moves in the row (during his 50 move). There were no any reasons at all to review African protests.

Mr. Samb wasn't show up later for scheduled continuation the game. The referee considered this as time control failure on his side. 2-0 in my favor. Follow the rules.

Mr. Hildering, with your highly offensive public remarks, you second time bring me down (first time when the result of my game with Sumb was changed). Am I guilty at this point ? Certainly - yes !

Probably my main mistake was, when I participated in this "dirty demping" which was organised by your club "Hiltex" against me two years ago ... My play for your team "Hiltex" was maximum worse experience I ever had (in total I played for 6 clubs + 3 different Russian teams) communications with sponsors and club owners.

Of course, Mr. Hidlering, there is a double reason for you to feel guilty - stolen victory + demping. It seems like in order do not feel very uncomfortable, you decided to bring a "bomb" with accusitions into my address. Is this a method of doing business ?

It is so cheap the way Alexander G is communicating with me and mailing me directly but still not providing you the answer I have given to him.

Regarding Sponsor place 2007 I think A.G. finaly understands that bribe is not the way to do it. What was chocking in this was that despite what I told him he tried BEHIND MY BACK it again. That is what I do not understand. I explained him quite clearly the meaning of Sponsor and Organization place. So if I inform A.G he should not continue with his search for one of these places. In other words does A not believe what I told him. So apologies accepted.

Samb is another issue: I have been investigating this subject as well as the commission. What I found out is that the referee is part of this incident. If it did not affected Alexander I do not believe because I heard other statements about that. Could it effect Samb. Possible but I do not know for sure. Due to the fact that Jahu was main referee I could not replace him. Otherwise Referee was out of the tournament the same day. This also because at the start of the tournament Jahu could not tell me why he excluded Thijssen. This was based not on the reglement (he did not had in his possession) but on an E mail message that had no approval of the CD.

Then according to my findings there are two things going on :

1. Getmanski did a move after the game was stopped for checking the moves and Samb did 2 moves at the same time putting a piece from 26 to 16. A. this is a 2 move not a three.

In my opinion both where wrong, but in our investigation we could not show the how the game was continuing from move 47. Also the players could not show us how it went on. So obviously in such a case you start at 47.

So do not come to me about old 77 year pour referee, Despite age referee should know what to do. If referee in your case comes from the bar (for having a drink) and overrules everyone without seeing what is going on at both players less then 20 seconds it has an impact on the game.

So if referee was on me for this game I would give both you and Samb zero points. You as you moved a piece after the game was stopped for registering the moves and Samb for making 2 moves the same time.

That you after that call BLACK nations it shows some of your racial way of thinking. In my opinion they are African countries and no Black countries. As you are Russian and not … The way you write shows disrespect in a manner that is often visible in Russia among ultra right movements. It shows disrespect or no respect at all. For me all are equal.

More striking is the conclusion about support of the (AGAIN) BLACK federations during the GA in France later this year. I think that you still believe that I continue??? No I will not be in the board of the FMJD from that moment. So for me votes are not interesting at all.

Regarding the Hiltex team. For many years I am no board member of club Hiltex and have no responsibility for the team. What I do know is that I answered your question already. But for the forum I will answer again.

A.G. was presenting himself to the club and has discussed what he wanted to earn directly with the team manager Hans van de Heuvel. Now as he sold himself probably to cheap he is blaming me for that. I was and still am not responsible for what you A. have agreed on. You did not negotiate with me, not even once.

For the Shaski readers: It has been a pleasure to watch the web and it took a lot of time to translate but I am happy that I have been part of it over a period of time. Due to the lack of time I have not answered Alemo for the opining he was giving in the case of Algimantas. but in the winter of my FMJD period I can tell you that I have nothing against the man Algimantas. He is doing a lot of work for the problemism and I have respect for that. It was a pity that a board function at the CPI did not work out that well.

Still I have many friend in Russia, despite 4 years of FMJD. On the international level I will not return in any form, not as FMJD member, not as sponsor, not on the internet as private person. I will go back in the shadow a position I prefer the best.
