I am looking for members of The draughts society in Geneva. Can anyone help me?

In the old database of the FMJD I found address of

J. Floras President
9, Chemin de la Retuelle 1252 Meinier, Geneve SWITSERLAND

Mr. Floras played this year in the International tournament in Salou.

Also Grandmaster Andreas Kuyken lives probably in Geneve, but I don't know it exactly.
