Belarusian Draughts Federation is inviting to take part in International Draughts Festival “Minsk 2013”.
It will take place in National Draughts and Chess Center in Minsk, K.Marx str. 10.

The program of the International Draughts Festival “Minsk 2013” will consist of Open-tournament- Swiss system

Participants of the open-tournament and accompanying persons paying all hospitality cost by themselves. An approximate cost of the room is Euro 12-30 per person per day.

The following tournament fees are established for the prize fund formation:
GMI, MI - without fee
1953 y.b. and older, 1994 y.b. and younger – 50 000 BLR (about 5 Euro)
The rest – 100 000 BLR (about 10 Euro)
Tournament fees should be paid before beginning of the tournament in the Belarus rubles.
Each participant, regardless of age and qualification pay 2 EURO for the ratings calculation of the tournament at the rate of National Bank of Belarus.


Opening ceremony – 1 of July at 15-00, 1 round – 16-00
9 round – on July, 7 at 10-00
Closing ceremony - on July, 7 at 16-00
