Dragon 4.1.6 registering problem

Hi Mr Michel, i have a problem to register Dragon 4.1.6.
When i finish to input registering keys program put, like the other versions i registered, "register and restart" and when i click on ok, the program dont restart. when i reinstall an older version and put the same registering informations it is ok because program restart and i see that i am registered as Dragon Pro.. please can you tell me what it wrong. thanks

If there is any problem registering, just send me a email with the original name and email address you registered with.
