I played 5 parties with the latest version of the program Dragon 4.1.3, unfortunately not a single one time didn't win the program or not-losed of party, each time the program is suspended. I am sending the file dmp file so that you can see what the mistake causes. I will add that I played the with the system Windows 7 64 bit from 16 GB of the memory of frames from 6-piece endgame databases.

I found a possible cause related to the endgame databases. Can you check if the problem persists with databases turned off?

I played three matches for 5 minutes to the party. I placed the program from 6-piece endgame databases as follows:



During the first batch different announcements appeared and the program hung itself.



The program suspended itself in this moment.



A window appeared.



Error message.

In the program played two remaining parties without the mistake.
