Put a check in all the boxes to use the full 6-piece database.

I use 256mb for the hashtable. To use more will only make a difference if you are doing very long searches. The largest value it accepts is 500mb.

It's a window that sets time constraints:

Aantal zetten = number of moves
Hele partij = Complete game
Tijd = time
Anders, nl. = Different, namely

The settings you made a screenshot of gives 10 minutes of time to 50 moves.
