16 J.Kulikauskas Draughts Memorial
Lithuania Draughts Federation organise the 16 J.Kulikauskas Memorial.
The tournament will take place 9-11 Oktober 2009 in Vilnius ( Chess
and Draughts schoole, Vasario 16-os street 14).

Open tournaments 100 and 64
Swiss system, 7-9 round
Opening ceremony 9 October, 15.00
Closing ceremony 11 October, 18.00
Financial Conditions: 15 euro, cadet - 10 euro.
Hotel : 10-11 euro per day (3 - 4 person one room).
