Formula: 3 groups of 8; round robin. Best 4 promoted into final A, others to final B (results from the groups included).

Open SWISS. Still no candidates to organise. Preferable time: September 2010.

It's semi-open. There are three places (and maybe more, because of the reserve places) from Viking Open reserved for the EC.
