In my defence, the rules seemed somewhat flexible, oscillating between the 'French' and 'English' versions. Either way, my opponent's pieces jumped around the board like hyperactive frogs on steroids.[/size]

Job Cohen (burgemeester van Amsterdam) vond het in zijn studententijd leuk om dingen te organiseren en daarbij anderen te betrekken.
Hij studeerde aan het Stedelijk Gymnasium te Haarlem van 1960-1965.
Van 1966-1971 studeerde hij rechten in Groningen.
Op de foto, die uit die tijd stamt, liggen damborden op tafel.
Er wordt gerookt, zoals dat in die tijd gebruikelijk was.
Verstand hebben heeft dan ook niets te maken met verstandig zijn.
Cohen lijkt deze foto zelf te hebben gemaakt met de zelfontspanner, maar toen hij snel ging zitten, hield hij per ongeluk het fototoestel nog in zijn linker hand.
Hij is in ieder geval niet bezig met het spel dat voor hem ligt.
Zijn tegenstander doet voor de foto nog een poging de indruk te wekken dat hij over de niet geheel gelukkig opgebouwde stand nadenkt. Misschien is het tactiek van Cohen en denkt hij intussen: 'De boel bij elkaar houden, dat is het beste'.

The section "Draughts composers" site LSKMS (one of sections there published mine draughts a photoarchive) is added by new 12 photos/surnames:

It I have finished the publication of the photoarchive, including this section. As they say, "the project is finished". In total in section "Draughts composers" are published 62 photos, on them - 70 composers.
I thank to the colleagues who have sent to me the photos - both for a long time for a long time, and at all for a long time. It is grateful webmaster and to the editor of site Gintaras Magelinskas.
