I have to wait a few days. Then I will know everything. I never overclock either the processor or RAM. The worst thing is that now it is difficult to buy new RAM. I have 8 sticks of 16 GB RAM.

A few weeks ago I had exactly the same problem. Disabling EXPO in the BIOS (as Joost also suggested) solved the problem. Did you already try disabling EXPO?

I don't think I have it in my BIOS, so I don't even know what it is.
