At that time, the "famous champion " of his republic was 26 years old (!)

The 26-year-old author sent his work to the Moscow championship in the hopes of receiving master's points, but his composition looks like the work of a novice author from a children garden.
The primitiveness of this work is such that the author of this message was forced to hide the nane of the author of this compisition from prying eyes..

This composition did participate in 5-th USSR championship , where this work received 0 points for coincidence.
The originator of the topic in Russian regularly writes lies because he does not indicate the original sources of publications of controversial compositions, which is outright trolling.
Also "trolling" compositions did not participate in any competitions in checker composition under the nickname of the new "author"

Checkers composer S. Peredelkin was only 15 years old at the time of publication (!)

the "follower's" work has no solution, since after the moves 1.gh4 hg5! 2.f;h6 de3 the game ends in a draw.

The following composition received a zero rating in the 13th Moscow Championship in 1986. A purely positional work with poor play in the ending. The judges considered this work plagiarism, while in fact it does not correspond to the genre of combination problem.

Есть люди! А есть - он...

А я в 80-х годах оформил документы на звание КМС СССР, в начале 90-х мне было присвоено звание МС Беларуси, ну и где-то в 2012-13-м ММ FMJD. Немного мозднее - примерно в 2017-18 CPI присвоила звание гроссмейстера по шашечной композиции.
А по пути к этому были и неудачные моменты.
Интересно - а у кого их не бывает...
