WK in St. Petersburg is vandaag begonnen met WK blitz.
98 deelnemers uit 35 landen namen deel in eerste programma van het WK.

Igar Mikhalchenko uit Wit-Rusland (deelnemer van WK 2007 in Hardenberg) werd kampioen bij de mannen.
voor Russen Oleg Dashkov en Gavril Kolesov ( winner van Salou-2013 )
Russin Stepanida Kirillina zegevierde bij de vrouwen. 2e en 3e zijn Oekrainse Yulia Makarenkova en Victoria Motrichko geworden.

Nederland is vertegenwoordigd door D. van Os (bij mannen) en V. Doumesh (bij vrouwen)
Ook een aantal bekende uit 100-velden competities spelers deden mee - M.Amrillaev, I.Trofimov, D. Fedarovich, O. Baltazhi, R.King etc.

And also there is a very good example for 100 draughts.
blits, rapid and classic programme are at the same time, at the same place.
it means - FMJD gets more tournaments fee, organisators gets less problems to organise 3 WC tournaments and players gets more chances to win medals.

Great success was happend on EC-team in Tallinn where took place 3 programmes at the same time.
Also on WC youth appeared still only blits, but before there were people against it.

In plaats van ba5 moest ik fg3 spelen en dan had wit hard moeten werken voor de remise.
