How would you plan an Internet Club?

Hello! I'm starting the official national group of my country, and one of the things I want to do first, is an "online club". In chess, there are a few servers for allowing a club start working "right away" (with elo and everything!). However... I was investigating a little bit for a day or two, and I feel a bit lost about how to start this sort of thing with draughts, and... I'm feeling a bit lost, I didn't found any server that might works as a front end for two humans (and even less an engine to run a vs.server service) Any possible help will be welcomed, since I want to prepare all for a first (official & sucesful) season!
