Where is the Kingsrow 'Help' file? The help file on the Checkerboard explains its use but doesn't explain how to interpret the data.

I'm just learning 8x8 English checkers and downloaded Checkerboard alongside Kingsrow. I'm trying to figure out how to use it correctly to analyze moves. I'm not sure how to interpret the data it is giving me. When I analyze a move and it gives me this below, I'm not sure what to make of the numbers...
