Organizational Release about 6th Tournament Ziemi Lubelskiej in 100 squares draughts


I Organizer
Sporting Club of Blind and Visually Impaired ,,Hetman'' Lublin.

II Time and place
30.04-05.05.2009 Hotel "Imperium" in Firlej, near Lublin.
Arrival on Thursday 30th April 2009 after noon.
IV Accessibility from Lublin
From the Main Railway Station (PKP), by bus number 1 to Main Coach Station PKS
(Aleja Tysi±clecia), position number 8 - bus runs every half an hour -to Firlej.Get off on the bus stop Firlej 1 – near the centre (trip takes about 40 minutes). You should get off the on Firlej 1 busstop – near the recreation centre.
V Participation
Cost of the participation amounts 300 PLN + 20 PLN (100 EUR) registration fee (wholly assigned for the prizes). Tournament is fully opened (payment just before the start)
VI System of the games
Tournament will be played Swiss System, 9 rounds, time of the game 1,5 hour for player to finish round.
Players are bind to note rounds down.
Classification of players is consistent with PZW Code.
VII Prizes
Three first winners are going to get: cups, medals and other prizes. Everyone will receive commemorative diplomas. Besides that, there is a prize for the best women and the best youngster (18 or younger).

IX Other issues
Players should have draughts and clock.
Technical meeting 30.04. at 8 p.m.
Organizer secures the prints with thicked line for saving rounds.
