As was discovered, theater and film actor S. Khottabychev every minute monitors the internet from 9 a.m. Minsk time until 2 a.m. the next day. Fearing criticism in his address for plagiarism, he immediately blocks critical posts addressed to him with his Russian-language nonsense.
The psychic vampire continues to steal other people's works, while taking on the role of a magistrate and dictator, which he openly admits on the forum , having no any embarrassment.
In an effort to capture the minds of readers, the self-proclaimed dictator writes on the forum in huge letters, preferring the color red to make his point more convincing.
The self-proclaimed tsar False Dmitry II also continues to broadcast Russian to European users of the draughts forum, violating information security principles. Specifically, he writes in Russian in a forum thread intended for reading in English and French. Furthermore, the impostor constantly floods the forum with his delusional texts in Russian, barely noticing the post of another forum user who doesn't speak Russian. Doesn't it time to announce a lifetime ban for the dictator and impostor?

Here is the original of one of the author's positions stolen by the impostor.

Down with the psycho vampire , plagiarist, an informer of the village district police department and hacker P Shkludov from the international draughts forum!
P. Shkludov privatized many archives of dedecease draughrs composers almost for free. He hides these archives in his barn in his village , in the strictest secrecy. His main interest is alteration other people's compositions (for example, moving a checker to another cell on the board. .) and publishing them under his own name.
A persistent village collective farmer and provocateur continues to besiege the international, draughts forum with his Russian-language messages, which are of no interest to anyone. Isn't it time for the administrator to permanently ban this restless psychic vampire?
