Now, a literary remark:
P.A. Bredov wrote:
Currently, there are two points of view on judging.
The first is to judge carefully, without being malicious, focusing only on the facts, that is, objectively, and without inventing anything of your own, either from the author's name or from the Rules and Regulations!
The second is to judge maliciously, pickily, sharply lowering scores, focusing on some own views on the composition, and without really paying attention to the Rules.
I suggest that the following respected comrades can be included in the first group of judges:
P. Shkludov (when, under a false name, he judges competitions of various scales – from Novopolotsk, the Belarusian Championship to the World Championship, with or without his own participation, and when, for example, he sees something that doesn't exist, such as "numerous false traces ");
R. Mackevičius (when he gives scores of 25 and 85 points for works of approximately the same characteristics, quality, and content);
A. Lyakhovsky (when he can't count to 50 and therefore settles on a score of 35 , or when, with the help and support of the organizer/coordinator/CPI member, he can't read and interpret in Russian the meaning of the basic rule regarding the compusitional variant in ganre of etudes);
I. Ivatsko (when for Nikitchuk has a completely different rule applies regarding ideoligical predecessor than for the other competitors);
A. Katyukha (when he's too lazy to judge the World Championships because the next Belarus championship is already being prepared and suddenly doesn't have time to look at the significant comments; when he's too lazy to look at all the variations of the etudes he agreed to judge, ...);
...
etc. and so on.
By the way, I could easily have added A. Moiseyev, R. Shayakhmetov, G. Andreyev, N. Grushevsky, A. Nagumanov to this list of "careful comrades" who sometimes overdo it, but I didn't want to write characterizations.
So, I've only mentioned a few careful, kind, honest, objective, capable judges, but I expect Mr. P.A. Bredov to list and specifically identify those who are evil, picky, unregulatory, and similarly unruly. We are particularly interested in violations of current laws, dishonest practices such as collusion or judging under false names, etc.

I've already pointed out that we can only get to the truth through Mr. Matus's "intimus," with whom he corresponded, and who knows even better than Matus that, in addition to $10,000, Matus gave his "coach" a computer containing undeleted files of Matus compositions..
Matus's "intimus" is the only one knows who coordinated the actions of judges A. Nagumanov and "N. Grushevsky," the only one who knows who corresponded with J. Bus on behalf of N. Grushevsky and why, and the only one who knows who stole N. Grushevsky's email password, who used that email, and for what purposes.
So, we have a person who can answer practically all our important questions.
And he is so truthful that he will answer if anyone asks.
Incidentally, he, like Matus, had high ideals and was willing to sacrifice himself for the sake of composition: to become a champion (becoming a champion wasn't an end in itself, but rather a desire to attract money to the composition industry).
What wonderful people live in our kingdom! I'm proud of them! They even donate money to the development of artistic alcoholism.

There were and are such "dishonest people" who judged under fictitious names ("A.A. Shabalin"), invented things for authors that never happened ("numerous false traces " and the like), "assisted" where it was inadmissible (PWCP/PWCE for "Draughts-100," and it's better not to mention "Draughts-64")...
There's no point in listing all the achievements of such "dishonest people," since most of them are already known or will be known.
Incidentally, it's because of people like these that I left the Kingdom of Draughts.
Finally, I want to respond to my comrades' latest taunt: I've always been struck by qualities like "polalism," "diplomatism," and "chameleonism/opportunism," but I've never respected them, and for me such qualities of people were always disgusting.

In the Riga All - Soviet Union magazine "Draughts" for 1962, master L. M. Ramm published a variation of the draughts opening the " Kol ", which was repeated in 1979 by two draughts players from Perm in correspondence game. See the position below on the diagram. The player with the advantage in this position mistakenly played 1.,cb4, while the strongest move for White, fg5, indicated by L. Ramm, would have been more better to win. Without thinking twice, S. Balzhalarsky described this variant as if it having been foundedc by himself and published it in the journal Draughts in 1979 under his own name. At the same time, L. Ramm, who was the first to announce the winning move, was too lazy to fully describe it down to the last checker, and the players who repeated this position in the diagram were left out in the cold, although it is quite possible that they could have independently, without outside help, repeated L. Ramm's analysis.

Almost 5 years ago, on February 26, 2021, the author of this post posted an original approach to an old etude motif (see position in diagram No. 2) on the WDF forum. Without thinking twice, the plagiarist Shkludov changed the first move in the introduction to the author's " problema " and brazenly attributed the resulting variation to himself. The deceased now, unfortunately, Russian champion on composituons in " etudies -64 " Alligrant Aleksandrovich Lukyarov, assisted the author in choosing a preventive measure against the thief, P. Shkludov. He posted on the Myth forum, on behalf of A. Fomin, the position in diagram No. 1, illegally attributed by the plagiarist in favour for himself . Despite this, even 5 years later, the thief continues to try to convince viewers of his alleged copyright in someone else's work. Isn't it time to impeach the swindler , who sent a letter by the "Tsar of composition S. Khottabychev " letter to the FMJD lidership. to recommend in 2015 make a lifetime disqualification towards President of Russian draughts federation Anatoly Nikitin?
