Ruim voor de CD vergadering heb ik hem deze vraag al gesteld. Ik kreeg
echter een geen enkel gemotiveerd antwoord op mijn vraag. Dan zie je de correspondentie die daar het gevolg van is en nog steeds geen inhoudelijk antwoord.
Wat betreft Wit Rusland ben ik goed op de hoogte van de gebruiken aldaar. Wij als Hiltex doen daar al vanaf 1998 zaken in aanzienlijke omvang. Als het ze daar niet aanstaat dan beginnen ze gelijk te schelden dan wel te dreigen. Zo werkt het systeem. Dat systeem in Nederland toepassen lijk mij dan ook geen goed idee.
Geen antwoord is geen goed antwoord. Waarom dan dit op het web plaatsen? Dit omdat de mogelijkheden daadwerkelijk op te treden beperkt zijn. Alexander was ook degene die bij mijn eerste gesprek met Shovkoplias erbij was en hem tot in den treuren verdedigd heeft terwijl er, dat weten jullie uiteindelijk niets van terecht is gekomen.

Jij lijkt mij toch wat verblind Pieter, in je fixatie op Gantwarg. Op dit forum ben ik behoorlijk wat negatieve verhalen over Gantwarg tegengekomen, veelal in de vorm van onbewezen insinuaties.

Ik heb wat van de stukjes (van Vitold Tsydin, hdw) op de russische en wit russische sites gelezen en daar ben
ik niet van achterover gevallen. In dat geval heb ik soms meer moeite met Hanco.
Echter de man reeds bij voorbaat uit te sluiten zonder dat enig negatief stuk als voorbeeld, lijkt mij niet aanvaardbaar.

Het stuk van Alexander Presman over de heer Tsydin lijkt mij overtuigend genoeg Pieter. Die persoon hoort niet op het forum thuis, eerder op een rustige plek met veel groen en wandelgelegenheid, waar men hem goed behandelt. Wederom, de reden waarom jij je zo opwindt over het weren van Tsydin lijkt te zijn dat die man kennelijk een Gantwarghater is. Alles wat anti-Gantwarg is wordt blijkbaar door jou verwelkomd. Ik denk niet dat dat jouw positie versterkt. Hanco wil jou aan de infinite love hebben, met behulp van enige geestverruimende middelen. Zover wil ik niet gaan, het recht een hartgrondige hekel aan iemand te hebben hoort net bij het leven als de liefde. Maar enige matiging en een meer zakelijke aanpak van het conflict lijkt me toch wel op zijn plaats.

Echter is het belang van Wit Rusland blijkbaar boven alles verheven?.Dat vind ik onjuist. Alexander is ook niet naar mij met voorbeelden gekomen die zijn motivatie bevestigen.

Je haalt er te veel bij. Alexander Presman is webmaster, een moeilijke en snel voor kritiek vatbare klus. Hij doet het echter goed en oogst daarvoor waardering. Uit de reacties tot nu blijkt dat het weren van Tsydin op vrijwel algemene instemming kan rekenen. Dat hij een soort vijfde colonne zou zijn, die de belangen van Wit-Rusland zou dienen is een absurde insinuatie.
Trouwens wat moeten we verstaan onder het belang van Wit-Rusland? Wit-Russische dammers verschillen onderling ook van mening, daar zijn ook botsende belangen net als overal. Om met Joris Luyendijk te spreken 'het zijn net mensen'.

Het is jammer dat de Oost Europesche mentaliteit nog zo diep geworteld is.

Alexander Presman is een individu en moet op zijn daden beoordeeld worden, niet op zoiets ongrijpbaars als 'Oost-Europese mentaliteit'.

Laten we dit nu even strikt zakeljik bekijken. Pieter en het bestuur van de FMJD vinden dat de man moet worden toegelaten. Alexander vindt van niet. In principe heeft de webmaster maar te luisteren naar het bestuur. Aan de andere kant is het begrijpelijk dat Alexander die zo weinig input krijgt van het bestuur (naar eigen zeggen) niet staat te springen om zo volgzaam te zijn.

Het doel van de discussie moet zijn om dit conflict op te lossen, niet om uit te maken wie er de grootste klootzak is, of wie er fout heeft gehandeld.

Mijn voorstel zou zijn (als ik er iets over te zeggen had) om de man tijdelijk toe te laten, met de duidelijk boodschap dat hij zich in te houden heeft. Kan hij dat niet dan krijgt hij alsnog een levenslange ban. Daar moet iedereen toch mee kunnen leven. Het enige tricky part blijft dan de vraag wat toelaatbaar is. Daar moeten dan afspraken over gemaakt worden.

Het voorstel van Arjen lijkt me prima.

Ik zou wel eens wat citaten van die man onder ogen willen krijgen, om daadwerkelijk een oordeel te kunnen vormen. En dan het liefst als onderdeel van een discussie, dus in de goede context en niet uit zijn verband gerukt.

Je kunt heel makkelijk vreselijke dingen over iemand zeggen (antisemitisme en noem maar op) en dan lijkt het allemaal verschrikkelijk. Maar als je dan de precieze feiten onder ogen krijgt, blijkt het dikwijls erg mee te vallen.

Dus ik ben het wel met Pieter eens, dat de man niet bij voorbaat de toegang tot het forum geweigerd mag worden.

Arjan je geeft heel goed aan waar het om gaat. Dat is precies wat ik bedoel. Iemand bij voorbaat uitsluiten is niet houdbaar. Dat de man mede om zijn kritiek als ex Wit Rus waarschijnlijk verbannen is omdat het personen niet welgelegen is zonder ons als bestuur een goed voorbeeld te geven van zijn uitlatingen kan niet gebruikt worden als argument.
Het voorbeeld van Gantwarg is niet om de persoon maar als voorbeeld dat aan de ene kant alles mag en aan de andere kant niets mag. Dat kan niet. Dus Henk ophouden met texten zoals je schrijft aangezien het daar niet om gaat. Het is als voorbeeld gesteld. Gantwarg en mij is een persoonlijke zaak en het heeft geen enkele zin om daarover te discussieren op het web. Wat ik persoonlijk met Gantwarg heb zal ik persoonlijk afhandelen.
Gevolg is natuurlijk dat als de man geen toegang krijgt of dat er geen bewijs aan het bestuur wordt geleverd waarom niet, de man gewoon toegang moet krijgen.
Als Alexander een andere mening is toegedaan dan het bestuur wordt dat geaccepteerd echter dan kan de conclusie op het einde niets anders zijn dat hij niet meer namens de FMJD kan optreden. Zo simpel is het.
In het dagelijks leven is werkweigeren of instructies niet opvolgen meestal einde dienstverband.
Het hoeft natuurlijk niet zo ver te komen echter we gaan wel in deze richting op het moment Jammer maar het is zo.
Ik ben altijd in discussies open maar ik zie ook van te voren de gevolgen, een typische dammers eigenschap.

Daar heb je gelijk in. Ik wil de Alexander dan ook geenszins schofferen. Ik vertrouw zijn oordeel ook, alleen is er geen manier om te controleren of hij terecht bant.

De voorzitter FMJD vind het ene, de webmaster vind iets anders. Omdat de posts van meneer exwitrus overal verwijderd zijn is het niet te achterhalen of ie echt zo halfgaar is of niet. Indien wel, dan wil ik die teksten wel eens zien (via pm dan he).

De slechte invloed die de man zou hebben zou miniem zijn, waarschijnlijk vergrijpt hij zich binnen drie dagen aan een of andere belachelijke uitspraak, kan Alexander hem eruit wippen en wordt on-the-fly ook nog Alexander zijn gelijk bewezen. Een win-win situatie lijkt me. Maar Alexander niet wil, dan moet hij het vooral niet doen. Het lijkt me alleen de beste oplossing.
