New titles
In site shashki.com i read that in asemblay in Amsterdam some players got a new titles such as Podolski, Lagoda, Tolchikov, Vorushilo - im , Chulkov, Mikhalchenko etc - mf. Could somebody answer my question: is it right information or not and who else got a new titles.

FMJD is misteriuous on Title
When it comes to awarding titles it seems that the FMJD is very misterious about this.
It is not clear HOw ro get norms, and how to get promoted.
It would be good if the FMJD post some black and white guidelines on this on its website
