P. A. Mengele-Bredov, a weakling and a beggar, became fascinated with composition of checkers in 1975. The inability to play checkers prevented the weakling from creating complex combinational works .

The weakling tried his best to achieve the title of "Master of Sports of the USSR in checker composition," but he was unsuccessful for the aforementioned reason, as well as due to an overwhelming desire to rework other people's works.
This continued for more than a quarter of a century, until the collapse of the former USSR.

According to Mengele-Bredov himself, his request to Judge V. Yacheykin to recognize Bredov as the champion of the Republic of Belarus on composition of checkers (his proposal to pull the donkey by the ears to the first place ) to prevent of his suicide received no response.
Having somewhat recovered two years after the collapse of the USSR and the sport of checkers, which had flourished during the Soviet era and was well supported by the government, the fraudster decided to take the reins into his own hands.
To this end, he sent letters to known checkers composers from the former USSR inviting them to participate in local checkers composition competitions organized by the aforementioned impostor and weakling.
He was unsuccessful, but he persisted, begging for privileges from renowned composers trusted by the FMJD leadership—E. Zubov, S. Yushkevich, and V. Matus. Meanwhile, E. Zubov and V. Matus, on one side, and S. Yushkevich, on the other, were figuring out how to properly manage the checkers tournament on composition , who to involve in judging, and what rules to use to conduct the competition.

In this situation, the Beggar and the Weakling began to skillfully exploit the contradictions that constantly arose between the aforementioned authorities, actively promoting himself online as a "great authority" and "outstanding organizer" of the checkers tournament in the post-Soviet space. Thanks to his rather skillful propaganda, the fraudster and provocateur managed to mislead numerous internet users, as well as FMJD leaders. As a result, the amateur and weakling was entrusted with judging the 2005 World Championship in the genre of "100-square draughts studies."
Dr. Mengele-Bredov was unable to handle the task of conscientiously and efficiently judging, do not create a single of high-quality etude in this genre of composition.
However, amid the numerous squabbles and contradictions that constantly arose between the authorities of checkers composition, the Fraudster and Propanadist at a certain point managed to establish himself as the puppeteer of sport checkers composition.
This continued for quite a long time, until finally, in October 2017, the puppeteering commission on checkers composition CPI FMJD was liquidated at the General Assembly of the FMJD.
However, even in this situation, Dr. Mengele-Bredov did not "hang himself." A fraudster seized power in the Republic of Belarus as a puppeteer and creator of regulations and rules for sport composition.
According to Boris Ivanov, the efforts of Dr. Mengele-Bredov have led to chaos in Belarus, overseen by the aforementioned Dr. Bredov-Mengele .The scammer was nicknamed as Bredov Mengele by proposal of Mr. Milenko Lepshitch , a talented composer of 100-square checkers studies and organizer of the checkers forum "Myth."
Currently, Dr. Bredov is promoting his exceptionalism in a psychiatric hospital, the prototype of which is described in Anton Chekhov's famous story "Ward No. 6."
