Before the Great Patriotic War and until the mid-1950s (after WWII),
In the Soviet Union, only Russian draughts were played.
From the mid-19th century to the mid-20th century, inventors made draughts compositions exclusively in 64-cell board .
The author of the regulations, P. Shkludov, was apprehensive about the possible participation of Russian composers in this competition, as they were clearly stronger than the Belarusian producers of upside-down compositions.
For this reason, P. Shkludov cowardly remains silent when asked why the regulations didn't include the "problems in Russian checkers" genregenre , blurring the the theme of conversation.
До Великой Отечественной войны и до середины 50-х годов прошлого века (после ВОВ)
В Советском Союзе играли исключительно в русские шашки.
Шашечные композиции с середины 19-го века и до середины 20-го века изобретатели создавали исключительно на 64-клeточной доске .
Составитель регламента П. Шклудов испугался возможного участия композиторов из России в этом соревновании , так как они были явно сильнее белорусских производителей перевернутых с ног на голову композиций.
По этой причине П. Шклудов трусливо отмалчивается и на вопрос "почему в регламенте не был предусмотрен жанр " проблемы в русские шашки " отмалчивается , замыливая тему разговора..

Ps: The name of the contest also speaks for itself: the victory of the Russians in genre of Russian draughts was foreseen in advance .It was blocked prudently.
P. Shkludov was afraid of the possibility of having to reward not himself, but the Russian participants. That's why the regulations suddenly changed from Russian checkers to Brazilian ones.

Аркадий Райкин о клопике , который пытается изображать себя динозавром шашечной композиции.
«У природы надо учиться, у природы. Она ведь чему учит? Не высовываться! Как камбала. Она ляжет на дно, расплющится так, аж два глаза на одну сторону выворачивает! Ни одна акула её не заметит. Природа! Это же миллионы лет, это процесс. Это же мудрость какая! Вот динозавры, эти дуры шестиэтажные, ходили у всех на виду, выпендривались. Грянула рэволюция. Где они теперь? Чего-то не видать! А клопы между прочим… Клопик, он маленький. Раз, под листик, под одеялко. Все вымрут, он будет жить вечно. Потому что не высовывается!».
Что-то не видать у самозваного динозавра композиций,которые в соревнованиях бывшего СССР получили оценки выше 6 очков :
Попрошайка Шклудов (П.Ш.)всю жизнь лизал подметки трём президентам бывшего CPI FMJD - E. Зубову, С. Юшкевичу и В. Матусу, а в конце своей никчемной жизни сам себе выписал диплом гопстопмейстера бывшего CPI FMJD по шашечной композиции.
В итоге CPI FMJD прекратила своё существование в октябре 2017 , а гопник П. Шклудов ещё два года изображал её существование после ликвидации, размахивая своим фальшивым дипломом гоп-стоп мейстера , сформированным им на ничего не значащей картонке.

Интересно также, что попрошайка П. А. Водулькш неоднократно выпрашивал милостыню у судей, во всех случаях нарушая регламенты соревнований по срокам публикаций своих композиций.
"Возьите меня ! ", -хныкал попрошайка, посылая свою просроченную проблему в стоклеточные шашки на 15-е первенство Москвы, 1988 г. Судья- консультант Сергей Юшкевич обратил внимание судей (А.Фомина и А. Федорука )на некорректность просьбы нытика. Судьи согласились с мнением С. Юшкевича. Попрошайка получил ноль очков за свою некорректную попытку . Несмотря на это , нахальный попрошайка П. Водулькш в следующем 1989 году продолжил выклянчивать у судей милостыню. Попрошайка пишет :" Прошу принять в виде исключения мою проблему, так как сроки опубликоаания не совпадают всего на одну неделю " . При этом порошайка пытался надуть судей, выслав композицию, не имеющую решения.
Вторично у мошенника номер с надувательством судей не прошёл. Судьи А. Нагуманов и А. Фомин отказали мошеннику в рассмотрении его унизительной просьбы.
