This is my last message on this forum.
I hereby inform you that I have resigned from the CPI FMJD as of October 1, 2015, and have informed the FMJD leadership of this today.
CPI President Mr. V. Shulga ignored my advice on some specific issues, as well as on some suggestions for improving his own work and the work of the entire CPI. I also found it increasingly difficult to understand some of the proposals made by CPI member Mr. R. Shayakhmetov. But I worked until the last day, including drafting a proposal to improve the CPI FMJD Charter/Status.
I lost all patience today when Mr. V. Shulga sent a letter to national federations and FMJD officials demanding...at the FMJD General Assembly that they disqualify the President of the Russian Draughts Federation, Mr. A. Nikitin. I also disagree with A. Nikitin's text, especially with Mr. A. Fomin's words/harsh accusations against CPI, but to even think of demanding the disqualification of the president of a national federation?! I have repeatedly and convincingly warned Mr. V. Shulga not to send a letter with such a "proposal" and not to disgrace the CPI, but...

Это мое последнее сообщение на этом сегменте Форума.
Этим сообщаю, что я подал в отставку из членов CPI FMJD с 01-10-2015 и об этом сегодня сообщил руководству FMJD.
Президент CPI г.В.Шульга не обращал внимание на мои советы по некоторым конкретным вопросам, также по некоторым предложениям, как улучшить свою собственную работу и работу всего CPI. Также мне стало все труднее понять некоторые предложения члена CPI г.Р.Шаяхметова. Но я работал до последнего дня, в том числе сделал проект улучшения Устава/Статуса CPI FMJD.
Каплей терпения не осталось после того, когда сегодня г.В.Шульга отправил письмо национальным федерациям и деятелям FMJD с требованием …на GA FMJD дисквалифицировать президента Федерации шашек России г.А.Никитина. Я тоже не согласен с текстом А.Никитина, особенно с там имеющимся словами/грубыми обвинениями г.А.Фомина в адрес CPI, но додуматься до того – требовать дисквалифицировать президента национальной федерации!? Я неоднократно аргументировано предупреждал г.В.Шульгу не отправить письмо с таким "предложением" и не позорить CPI, но…
