B. Shkitkin came up with a more interesting variation of the game: 1.43-39 22:42 2.47: 38 28:46 3.39:28 23:43 4.34:3 25-45 5.35-30 14:34:6.3:49 6-17 7.44-39 34-43:8.49:5 x B. Shkitkin writes: five-fold "majority", a combination of two endings – kings opposition plus blocking of simple checker.
