Krzysztof, for DAM 2.2 you just need to have a PDN file with the set of games that represent the ballot openings. With DAM 2.2 you can open that file and select the desired game as opening position, and then start manual play from there.

Dragon can, but you need to put a pdn file with the positions in the dxp directory. I forgot to add that to the installer.

Bert, thanks for your reply. These are the normal versions. There is no need to use dxp or hub. I'm more interested in playing between two computers in a tournament.

It also depends upon the computer, the 2990WX has about half the speed of current processors, so it could take 48 hours. Of course you have 32 cores, but you don't know how well ...

I don't want to be rude, but look: you are still using Dragon version 4.8.0. Weird is that your computer only seems to have 16 GB of memory.

I tried the same on my obsolete 32 core AMD 3970X, it shows all the memory, and it doesn't hang.

The worst thing is that it doesn't show anything. A black window flashes, and nothing else happens. The same error occurs as in version 4.8.0 - and nothing further happens.

I noticed another error in the Dragon version 4.8.2. It is not possible to generate a database of endings on my processor and with my RAM. My processor is AMD Ryzen Threadripper 2990WX 3.0 GHz and my memory is Kingston HyperX Fury 128 GB.
