Crowd funding for Czech participation in European championship 10x10 draughts for Youth players

De Tsjechische damfederatie stuurt zeven dammers naar het Europees kampioenschap jeugd in de categorieën hopes (1 jongen en 2 meisjes), mini cadets (1 jongen en 1 meisje), and cadets (2 jongens). Het EK jeugd wordt van 1 t/m 7 augustus 2015 gespeeld in Talinn.

Ik ben gevraagd om als trainer / coach te fungeren voor de Tsjechische equipe op het EK jeugd te Tallinn. Alles op vrijwillige basis want er is geen budget.
De reiskosten en kosten voor inschrijving en verblijf van de kinderen, kunnen zonder steun van anderen niet opgebracht worden. Er is een bedrag van 1500 euro nodig, exclusief mijn eigen reiskosten en kosten voor inschrijving. Mijn reiskosten en verblijfskosten zal ik zelf betalen, maar ik vraag u om een bijdrage aan de kosten van de Tsjechische jeugdspelers.

Dit is mijn eigen rekening, uit praktisch oogpunt het makkelijkst. Alle ontvangen bedragen zullen na het toernooi verantwoord worden.
De Tsjechische deelnemers zijn tijdens een zomerkamp van 7 dagen in Karlovy Vary voorbereid op het toernooi, waar ik damlessen heb gegeven op vrijwillige basis. Ik krijg zelfs de reis niet vergoed, maar ik help mee omdat ik in de (positieve) aanpak geloof van de Praagse Damschool van Petra Duskova, Lumir Gatnar en Michal Timko. In april heb ik ook damlessen verzorgd als vrijwilligerswerk ten bate van internationale dampromotie, met gebruikmaking van A course in draughts. Enkele lessen zijn online te bekijken op youtube.

Nooit eerder in de geschiedenis werd een equipe afgevaardigd door Tsjechië naar een internationaal damtoernooi, want de traditie in Tsjechië berperkte zich tot nu toe voornamelijk tot Czech Dama, dat op het kleine bord wordt gespeeld. Inmiddels telt de damschool meer dan 100 leden en de aanpak is zeer positief.

After a minute or so, the position in my mind got clear again. White plays against the weak long wing of black. He takes <28> and after that heads for square 27.
A course in draughts teachings would advice black to build the construction after 8-13, 6-11-17 7-12-18 and 3-8, connecting the pieces. If white goes to <29> black can change the piece using the 9/13/18-tail (18-23x22).
