Thailand Open 2012 presents:
11 days Roundtour Malaysia
Immediately after the Thailand Open, we have a very nice trip to Malaysia which everyone can participate! After successful tours to Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam last year, this year is Malaysia's turn. The great diversity of culture and nature makes Malaysia a fascinating country. This trip offers the best Malaysia has to offer. The modern architecture in the capital Kuala Lumpur is again in stark contrast to the colonial center of George Town (Penang), the second largest city of Malaysia.
We start in the super-modern capital Kuala Lumpur. Then we go to the oldest rainforest in the world: the Taman Negara National Park, we are very adventurous staying in guesthouses in the middle of the jungle. Just the way to there is an experience in itself. Then to the highlands of Malaysia, Cameron Highlands and then many of the colonial past to sniff at the famous island of Malaysia: Penang, beautiful sun kissed tropical beaches.
Then we go to Thailand's largest and most famous island of Phuket, where we spend two nights. There is no country in the world where train travel is more enjoyable than in Thailand. Especially if you have a large group. All open sections, so everyone can enjoy easy access to neighborhoods to have a chat to make a game of draughts or a game of cards. During the evening the seats by the stewards transformed into real beds with curtains before. A beautiful sight!
Therefore, we will seize the opportunity to tour this wonderful train adventure with this decision. The next morning we arrive in Bangkok, where our tour will end. Most will have one or two days in Bangkok to stay still to go shopping before the trip, packed and ready to accept. End of an unforgettable holiday!

In the morning we arrive at the station in Bangkok, where our tour ends. Most people will then transfered to a nice hotel in Bangkok for another one, two or three days. They can make excursions, do their shoppings, relaxing or sightseeing in the big city of Bangkok.
We are convinced that we have put together a wonderful tour. It is a very varied journey with the main highlights of Malaysia. We will run this tour in collaboration with a Malaysian tour operator, who has been carefully chosen. After weeks of negotiations, we managed to get the best price for what will be offered.
The price is 865 euros per person based on two people in the room. The single supplement is 190 euros. This journey is nowhere else to book. A similar trip at an average NL-tour costs nearly double, and then there is not nearly as much as included in this trip and without Thailand's most famous beach Island Phuket. See for example:
