Invitatie Hoekman voor WK dammen

ROTTERDAM - De Internationale damfederatie (FMJD) is er in geslaagd het wereldkampioenschap voor vrouwen onder te brengen in Basjkirostan, een autonome republiek in de Rusland Federatie. Dat meldt de FMJD.

Het evenement vervangt het vorig jaar geschrapte WK in Brazilië. Daar zouden toen 24 speelsters aan deelnemen, nu zijn dat er zes op uitnodiging. De Nederlandse Nina Hoekman is een van zes genodigden.

Het WK voor de vrouwen is vastgesteld van 17 tot en met 26 oktober en wordt gehouden in de stad Oefa. Hoekman krijgt daar concurrentie van de Letse Zoja Goloebjeva, de Russinnen Tamara Tansikkoezina en Matrena Nogovitsina en twee speelsters uit Oekraïne, wereldkampioene Daria Tkatsjenko en Olga Balthazi. Het totale prijzengeld bedraagt ongeveer 27.000 euro. (ANP/BVDL)

AMSTERDAM - Als uit de hoge hoed getoverd is plotsklaps ineens bekend gemaakt dat in de hoofdstad van de Russische deelrepubliek Bashkortostan (Ufa) van 16 t/m 27 oktober het WK vrouwen gehouden zal worden. Zes topvrouwen zijn uitverkoren, waaronder Nederlands kampioen Nina Hoekman.


Het toernooi wordt gehouden als alternatief van het vrouwen WK 2009, dat ooit in Brazilië gepland stond. Het is een opmerkelijk initiatief, dat door promotor Yuri Tsjertok met middelen van de lokale overheid bij de FMJD is binnengebracht. In Ufa spelen de vrouwen om ruim een miljoen roebel ( 27000 €), terwijl de totale prijzenpot van het onlangs gehouden Europees kampioenschap in Polen slechts tweeduizend euro was. De damwereld staat bekend om zijn uit het lood geslagen verhoudingen en een ondoorzichtige regelgeving die bij iedere andere sport tot complete verbazing zou leiden. Gelijktijdig wordt in vrijwel dezelfde periode in de Mongoolse hoofdstad Ulanbaator het Aziatisch kampioenschap gehouden, waarvan de top zich kwalificeert voor de laatste plaatsen van het WK 2011 dat in Nederland plaatsvindt. Deelnemers: Tkachenko (wereldkampioene), Tansykkuzhina, Golubeva, Nogovitsyna, Hoekman (Ned) en Balthazy.

Lithuanian Draughts Federation is surprised to hear from FMJD message that in October in Ufa is going to hold so-called match-tournament for the title of World Champion Women.

We are absolutely disagree with the formula of this competition. Lithuanian Draughts Federation as well as other federations are just put face to the fact that this tournament will be, thus representatives of Lithuania and other countries, except Russia, Ukraine, Latvia and the Netherlands are denied the right to compete for the title of world champion. Even in the extraordinary situation after losing World Championship Women 2009 in Brazil, this strange decision does not satisfy Lithuanian Draughts Federation. In this regard we express our protest and ask to look for the better decision after consulting with the national federations by declaring special General Assembly for the discussing this and other issues, in particular the issue of the World Championship Men 2009.

The executive board invites all federations without debt towards the FMJD to send their votes about the proposal for the World Championship women 2010 ultimately after one month, so ultimately on October 10, 2010.

Given article 7.1 of the bye laws of the FMJD a federation which does not answer is supposed to say Yes to the proposal of the Executive Board.

Article 7.1: The federation has to answer all legitimate questions put by the FMJD in order to further the cause of the FMJD.

A case of non response to an answer, after a given target date, will be interpreted as a positive agreement with the question or proposal.


Le Conseil exécutif invite toutes les fédérations sans dette envers la FMJD à envoyer leurs votes sur cette proposition en fin de compte au bout d'un mois, donc en définitive avant le 10 octobre 2010.

Selon article 7.1 du règlement intérieur de la FMJD une fédération qui ne répond pas, est supposée de consentir à la proposition du Conseil Exécutif.

Article 7.1:
La fédération doit répondre à toutes les questions légitimes posées par la FMJD en vue de faire avancer la cause de la FMJD.
Un cas de non réponse à une réponse, après une date donnée, sera interprété comme un accord positif avec la question ou proposition.


Исполнительный совет приглашает все федерации без долга по отношению к FMJD посылать своих голосов это предложение в конечном счете, после 1 месяца, так что в конечном счете от 10 октября 2010.

Cоглаcнo cтатья 7.1 внутренниx правил FMJD-a федерация котopaя не отвечает, бyдeт paccмaтpивaтcя как положительнaя соглашение с предложением Исполнительнoгo Cоветa.

Статья 7.1:
Федерация должна ответить на все обоснованные вопросы, заданные FMJD в целях дальнейшего причиной FMJD.
Случае не ответ на ответ, по истечении определенного установленного срока, будут интерпретироваться как положительный соглашение с вопросом или предложением.
