It is the answer to text Mr.J.Bus: “Explanation of the decisions by the CD concerning the CPI”, look http://minietiud.forum2x2.ru/forum-f17/tema-t324.htm
In the answer I shall concern only those moments of text Mr.J.Bus where it declines my surname.
1. Mr.J.Bus writes a lie:

1.1. Mr. J.Bus: „ (...)Mr. Kaciuska could not act as member of this team. “.
I as a member of a command work many decades. Since 1980 I am the head draughts compositions in Lithuania: till 2001 was chairman of the Commission on a composition of Federation of draughts of Lithuania, since 2001 I am the president instead of this commission of the created organization: Lietuvos saskiu kompozicijos megeju – Lithuanian draughts composition amateur‘s union (LSKMS – LDCAU). Many years were and nowadays I am a member of Executive commitee (EÊ) Federation of draughts of Lithuania. On work different supervising posts I borrow many years (last 11 years I am director of a small factory). Execution of all these duties from me demanded and demands to work in a command.
Communications with it at me a question: who, what colleagues, in draughts compositions make command Mr.J.Bus? "Command" from one person (its most)?

1.2. Mr.J.Bus: “After that Mr. Kaciuska did his very best to cause a split in the small world of draughts composers”.
1.2.1. It is slander. I demand it to prove or deny.
1.2.2. « League of the nations 2008 - 2009 » (LN) have prepared and spend national federations draughts composers, their heads (the national organizations of composers are members of national federations):
1.2.2.1. APF, France (former president APF Mr.A.Tavernier. Present president APF Mr.M.Sabater is the judge of one of stages ËÍ).
1.2.2.2. KVD, The Netherlands (the editor-in-chief of magazine „ De Problemist » Mr.dr. A. van der Stoep and president KVD Mr.Z.Schokker).
1.2.2.3. LSKMS, Lithuania (president LSKMS A.Kaciuska).
In LN 64 composers (a record of competitions on draughts compositions), with judges, organizers – from above 70 people. Among participants LN – members CPI V.Matus, V.Shulga... J.Bus.

1.3. Mr. J.Bus: „The CD does not exclude the possibility that Mr. Matus was strongly influenced by Mr. Kaciuska. One of the examples is the announcement of the PWCE II.”
1.3.1. It is a lie. Mr.V.Matus has clearly declared, that PWCP III and PWCE II has prepared present structure CPI: V.Matus, V.Shulga.
1.3.2. Since September, 2006 till spring of 2009 I with Mr.V.Matus practically did not have any contacts. Since spring of 2009 I from Mr.V.Matus when it became vice - president CPI FMJD, by e-mail have received:
1.3.2.1. Few times – the invitation to be a part CPI FMJD. Mr.V.Matus declared, that all its projects (the principle of formation CPI, the future world championships, etc.) are coordinated with president FMJD Mr.V.Ptitsyn.
1.3.2.2. Projects of rules PWCP III and PWCE II. These projects Mr.V.Matus sent not only me, but also heads of all national organizations draughts composers (on mine, very correct step Mr.V.Matus). Under these projects I had only a few technical remarks. That in rules PWCE II Mr.P.Shkludov it is specified as the coordinator of this championship, I have learned only from … text Mr.J.Bus. In the project which I saw, other colleague has been specified.
1.3.2.3. These months few times to me Mr.V.Matus called by phone, inviting to become member CPI.

1.4. Mr. J.Bus: “At the moment that Mr. Kaciuska was still a member of the CPI. Mr. Kaciuska was requested to ask Mr. Shkludov in Russian on what article of the RIE his eliminations (or ridiculous low scores) were based. Mr. Kaciuska accepted an insufficient answer of Mr. Shkludov and contacted another jury member, without informing the jury member from Holland.”
1.4 1. Âcå it about what here has written Mr.J.Bus – functions of the coordinator of the championship (the information, etc.), and to it was not I.
1.4.2. That means « or ridiculous low scores »?. How this "term" Mr.J.Bus is certain in Rules (RI CPI FMJD)?
1.4.3. How much I remember, in this championship Mr.P.Shkludov as the judge, worked not worse, than the judge from Holland. All we do mistakes, apparently, that in the world of mistakes one person – Mr.J.Bus does not do only.

2. Official representative FMJD, vice president CPI has invited me and I have accepted its invitation. Communications with it at me a question: this my consent to become member CPI – too my attempt to strengthen split « in the small world draughts composers »? Or on the contrary?
After the official invitation of official figure FMJD and my consent, then only from – for it on behalf of FMJD other mister acts and in a significant part of the text offends me. For what?
If nothing will change, I shall consider in the near future a question of the termination of absolutely all activity in international draughts compositions, the terminations is absolute all international contacts (including correspondence).

3. Under recommendations of the lawyer, I ask Mr.H.Otten to find time and an opportunity to answer two questions:
3.1. Text Mr.J.Bus – official document FMJD or personal letter Mr. J.Bus?
3.2. In the text in one places Mr.J.Bus of names „ Retiring president CPI », in others – „ former president CPI ». What now official position Mr. J.Bus in FMJD?

1.3.2.1. Ïàðó ðàç – ïðèãëàøåíèå âîéòè â ñîñòàâ CPI FMJD. Mr.V.Matus çàÿâëÿë, ÷òî âñå åãî ïðîåêòû (ïðèíöèï ôîðìèðîâàíèÿ CPI, áóäóùèå ÷åìïèîíàòû ìèðà è ò.ä.) ñîãëàñîâàíû ñ ïðåçèäåíòîì FMJD Mr.V.Ptitsyn.
1.3.2.2. Ïðîåêòû ðåãëàìåíòîâ PWCP III è PWCE II. Ýòè ïðîåêòû Mr.V.Matus îòïðàâëÿë íå òîëüêî ìíå, íî è ðóêîâîäèòåëÿì âñåõ íàöèîíàëüíûõ îðãàíèçàöèé øàøå÷íûõ êîìïîçèòîðîâ (ïî ìîåìó, î÷åíü ïðàâèëüíûé øàã Mr.V.Matus). 1.4. Mr.J.Bus: „ òî âðåìÿ, êîãäà Mr. Kaciuska åùå áûë ÷ëåíîì CPI, ê íåìó îáðàùàëèñü ñ ïðîñüáîé ñïðîñèòü ã-íà Øêëóäîâà ïî-ðóññêè, íà êàêîé ñòàòüå RIE îñíîâûâàëèñü åãî èñêëþ÷åíèÿ (èëè ñìåõîòâîðíî íèçêèå îöåíêè). 2. Îôèöèàëüíûé ïðåäñòàâèòåëü FMJD, âèöå ïðåçèäåíò CPI ïðèãëàñèë ìåíÿ è ÿ ïðèíÿë åãî ïðèãëàøåíèå. Ñâÿçè ñ ýòèì ó ìåíÿ âîïðîñ: ýòî ìîå ñîãëàñèå ñòàòü ÷ëåíîì CPI – òîæå ìîÿ ïîïûòêà óñèëèòü ðàñêîë «â ìàëåíüêîì ìèðå øàøå÷íûõ êîìïîçèòîðîâ»? Èëè íàîáîðîò?
Ïîñëå îôèöèàëüíîãî ïðèãëàøåíèÿ îôèöèàëüíîãî äåÿòåëÿ FMJD è ìîåãî ñîãëàñèÿ, ïîòîì òîëüêî èç – çà ýòîãî îò èìåíè FMJD âûñòóïàåò äðóãîé ãîñïîäèí è â çíà÷èòåëüíîé ÷àñòè ñâîåãî òåêñòà îñêîðáëÿåò ìåíÿ. Çà ÷òî?

Dear Mr. Kaciuska,
CPI has been discussed at length during the CD in Salou, two weeks ago. Mr. Teer will produce minutes of this meeting and what is written there is valid. All other claims, writings etc. on what kind of forums or by whomever are not valid for us as the CD of FMJD. As you may know, neither me nor Frank Teer are internet policemen and therefore we cannot control what is written. Therefore I urge you to refer to the minutes only to form your opinion, not about what is written by others.

Mr. Bus has retired from CPI and Mr. Matus is his successor. Mr. Bus will help Mr. Matus during the first three months of his term.

Back to “Explanations” of Mr J.Bus

I always thought it do exists valid posts: the President, EVP, the Secretary etc.
But, it turns out, it does exist also the post of “retiring” President, like Mr J.Bus did explain it to all the world in his “Explanations”.
“Explanations” of Mr J.Bus do contain serious imprecisions as regards to pure problemism’s subjects. I will not refuse them, although it is easy to be done. I will not to bother reader’s attention, like Mr J.Bus did it.
I will touch only the text, which did touch me. I quote Mr J.Bus text by Italic.

“Mr. Yushkevitch has sent a letter to the CD telling that “Mr. Bus lies”. The CD did not understand his protest.”

Yes, I wrote it, and I can repeat it again, in second time: “Mr J.Bus lies”.
Mr J.Bus lies in that part of his text, where he writes that I “was asked” by the GA from the CPI President post, while I “WAS NOT asked” by the GA, I did withdraw myself from the CPI President post. And it is written in the GA Minutes.
After it, have I to repeat in third time: “Mr J.Bus lies”?
Did the CD understand it or did not – we will see it from the CD official documents, but not from the words of Mr J.Bus.

“The letter of Mr. Yushkevitch is about the GA that discussed the departure of Mr. Yushkevitch.”

No. Again Mr J.Bus had no courage to tell the truth.
My letter was not about of the GA. My letter was about Mr J.Bus statement.
I have no question either to former EVP FMJD, Mr P.Hildering, who said the truth as to my withdrawing, or to the FMJD, which fixed it in the Minutes.
It was honest.
What was not honest – that Mr J.Bus statement in my address, placed at the FMJD web-site, in the news’ line in February of 2009.

“The main thing for the FMJD is that nobody in the GA disagreed with that Mr. Yushkevitch was no longer CPI President.”

Follow Mr H.Otten statement (see above) “Therefore I urge you to refer to the minutes only to form your opinion, not about what is written by others.”, we have to base exceptionally on the CD Minutes. Consequently, we may in general pay no attention to EXPLANATION by Mr J.Bus, moreover, when he “explains” us what is “main thing” for the FMJD, probably, considering himself as a person equal to the FMJD.

I think it is not lesser thing for the FMJD to be attention that its official documents and statements from those documents are re-produced correctly at its own media: website FMJD.
In way, which Mr J.Bus re-produced it – he did re-produce the FMJD documents incorrectly, and he did touch my dignity.

The FMJD is not “a close society” standing over all draughts world.
The FMJD is the union of federation, in which all federations have equal rights.
If a federation of a country does believe that a dignity of one of citizens of its country was touched (independently on was it done either by former the FMJD officer or present the FMJD – officer or “retiring” the FMJD officer) – that federation has full right to address to the FMJD leadership to correct a wrong statement.
Such addressing was done by Ukranian draughts federation.

The question stands out both from pure ‘problemism frames’ and personal relations between Mr J.Bus and Mr S.Yushkevitch.
In some way, this is a test for the present FMJD leadership, and the question is: will the present FMJD leadership take care the FMJD documents would be re-produced correctly AT ITS OWN WEBSITE, or the present FMJD leadership will defence wrong statement of Mr J.Bus (still valid the CPI President, consequently, a member of the present FMJD-team, according to the FMJD Statutes) in my address (in fact, in address of former FMJD officer, by the way) for the reason of “a corporate’ solidarity” of the present FMJD-staff?

Of course, it is a small question in comparing with either World Championships’ organisation or with the election of the FMJD President at the next GA (which is so close!), but, it seems to me, an answer to this small question will be interesting for all federations united under the FMJD umbrella.

Ïîíÿë ÐÊ ýòî, èëè íå ïîíÿë – ìû ýòî óâèäèì èç ïðîòîêîëà ÐÊ, à íå èç ñëîâ ìèñòåðà ß.Áþñà.

«Ïèñüìî ìèñòåðà Þøêåâè÷à – î òîì, ÷òî ÃÀ îáñóæäàëà åãî óõîä».

Íåò. Ñíîâà ìèñòåð ß.Áþñ íå èìåë ñìåëîñòè ñêàçàòü ïðàâäó.
Ìîå ïèñüìî áûëî íå î ÃÀ. Ìîå ïèñüìî áûëî îá óòâåðæäåíèè ìèñòåðà ß.Áþñà.
Ó ìåíÿ íåò íèêàêèõ âîïðîñîâ íè ê áûâøåìó EVP, ìèñòåðó Ï.Õèëäåðèíãó, êîòîðûé ñêàçàë ïðàâäó î ìîåé îòñòàâêå, íè ê ÃÀ, êîòîðàÿ çàôèêñèðîâàëà ýòî â ïðîòîêîëå.
Ýòî áûëî ÷åñòíî.
×òî áûëî íå÷åñòíî – ýòî óòâåðæäåíèå ìèñòåðà ß.Áþñà â ìîé àäðåñ, ïîìåùåííîå â íîâîñòíîé ñòðîêå ñàéòà ÔÌÆÄ â ôåâðàëå 2009.

«Ãëàâíîå äëÿ ÔÌÆÄ – ÷òî íèêòî íà ÃÀ íå âîçðàæàë, ÷òî Þøêåâè÷ áîëüøå íå Ïðåçèäåíò.»

Ñëåäóÿ óòâåðæäåíèþ ìèñòåðà Ã.Îòòåíà (ñì. âûøå) «Ïîýòîìó ÿ ïîáóæäàþ Âàñ îòòàëêèâàòüñÿ òîëüêî îò ïðîòîêîëà, ôîðìèðóÿ ñâîå ìíåíèå, à íå îò òîãî, ÷òî íàïèñàíî äðóãèìè.», ìû äîëæíû îñíîâûâàòüñÿ èñêëþ÷èòåëüíî íà ïðîòîêîëå, è ìîæåì âîîáùå íå îáðàùàòü âíèìàíèå íà “Explanations” ìèñòåðà ß.Áþñà, òåì áîëåå, êîãäà îí «îáúÿñíÿåò» íàì – ÷òî åñòü «ãëàâíûì» äëÿ ÔÌÆÄ, âåðîÿòíî, ñ÷èòàÿ ñåáÿ ïåðñîíîé ðàâíîé ÔÌÆÄ.

ß äóìàþ, ÷òî íå ìåíåå ãëàâíûì äëÿ ÔÌÆÄ áûòü âíèìàòåëüíîé, ÷òîáû åå îôèöèàëüíûå äîêóìåíòû è ïîëîæåíèÿ òåõ äîêóìåíòîâ âîñïðîèçâîäèëèñü ïðàâèëüíî íà åå ñîáñòâåííîì ñàéòå.
 òîì âèäå, â êîòîðîì ìèñòåð ß.Áþñ âîñïðîèçâåë èõ – îí âîñïðîèçâåë èõ íåïðàâèëüíî, è îí çàòðîíóë ìîå äîñòîèíñòâî.

ÔÌÆÄ – ýòî íå «çàêðûòîå îáùåñòâî», ñòîÿùåå âûøå âñåãî îñòàëüíîãî øàøå÷íîãî ìèðà.
ÔÌÆÄ – ýòî ñîþç ôåäåðàöèé, â êîòîðîì âñå ôåäåðàöèè èìåþò ðàâíûå ïðàâà.
Åñëè êàêàÿ-ëèáî ôåäåðàöèÿ ïîëàãàåò, ÷òî çàòðîíóòî äîñòîèíñòâî ãðàæäàíèíà åå ñòðàíû (íåçàâèñèìî îò òîãî – ñäåëàë ýòî äåéñòâóþùèé ïðåäñòàâèòåëü ÔÌÆÄ, èëè áûâøèé, èëè «óõîäÿùèé») – ýòà ôåäåðàöèÿ èìååò ïîëíîå ïðàâî îáðàòèòñÿ â ðóêîâîäñòâî ÔÌÆÄ, ÷òîáû èñïðàâèòü íåâåðíîå óòâåðæäåíèå.
Òàêîå îáðàùåíèå áûëî ñäåëàíî ôåäåðàöèåé øàøåê Óêðàèíû.

Âîïðîñ âûõîäèò çà ðàìêè êàê ÷èñòî «êîìïîçèöèîííîé» îáëàñòè, òàê è ëè÷íûõ îòíîøåíèé ìåæäó ìèñòåðîì ß.Áþñîì è ìèñòåðîì Ñ.Þøêåâè÷åì.
 íåêîòîðîì ðîäå, ýòî òåñò äëÿ íûíåøíåãî ðóêîâîäñòâà ÔÌÆÄ, è âîïðîñ ñòîèò òàê: áóäåò ëè ðóêîâîäñòâî ÔÌÆÄ âíèìàòåëüíûì, ÷òîáû äîêóìåíòû ÔÌÆÄ áûëè áû âîñïðîèçâåäåíû ïðàâèëüíî ÍÀ ÅÅ ÑÎÁÑÒÂÅÍÍÎÌ ÑÀÉÒÅ, èëè æå ðóêîâîäñòâî ÔÌÆÄ áóäåò çàùèùàòü íåâåðíîå óòâåðæäåíèå ìèñòåðà ß.Áþñà (âñå åùå äåéñòâóþùåãî Ïðåçèäåíòà CPI, ñëåäîâàòåëüíî, ÷ëåíà äåéñòâóþùåé êîìàíäû ÔÌÆÄ, ñîãëàñíî ñòàòóñó ÔÌÆÄ) â ìîé àäðåñ (ôàêòè÷åñêè, â àäðåñ áûâøåãî ðàáîòíèêà ÔÌÆÄ, ìåæäó ïðî÷èì) ïî ïðè÷èíå «êîðïîðàòèâíîé ñîëèäàðíîñòè»?

Êîíå÷íî, ýòî ìàëåíüêèé âîïðîñ ïî ñðàâíåíèþ ëèáî ñ îðãàíèçàöèåé ÷åìïèîíàòîâ ìèðà ëèáî ñ âûáîðàìè Ïðåçèäåíòà ÔÌÆÄ íà ñëåäóþùåé ÃÀ (êîòîðàÿ òàê áëèçêî!), íî ìíå êàæåòñÿ, ÷òî îòâåò íà ýòîò ìàëåíüêèé âîïðîñ áóäåò èíòåðåñåí äëÿ âñåõ ôåäåðàöèé, îáúåäèíåííûõ ïîä çîíòèêîì ÔÌÆÄ.

Back to “Explanations” of Mr J.Bus

I always thought it do exists valid posts: the President, EVP, the Secretary etc.
But, it turns out, it does exist also the post of “retiring” President, like Mr J.Bus did explain it to all the world in his “Explanations”.
“Explanations” of Mr J.Bus do contain serious imprecisions as regards to pure problemism’s subjects. I will not refuse them, although it is easy to be done. I will not to bother reader’s attention, like Mr J.Bus did it.
I will touch only the text, which did touch me. I quote Mr J.Bus text by Italic.

“Mr. Yushkevitch has sent a letter to the CD telling that “Mr. Bus lies”. The CD did not understand his protest.”

Yes, I wrote it, and I can repeat it again, in second time: “Mr J.Bus lies”.
Mr J.Bus lies in that part of his text, where he writes that I “was asked” by the GA from the CPI President post, while I “WAS NOT asked” by the GA, I did withdraw myself from the CPI President post. And it is written in the GA Minutes.
After it, have I to repeat in third time: “Mr J.Bus lies”?
Did the CD understand it or did not – we will see it from the CD official documents, but not from the words of Mr J.Bus.

“The letter of Mr. Yushkevitch is about the GA that discussed the departure of Mr. Yushkevitch.”

No. Again Mr J.Bus had no courage to tell the truth.
My letter was not about of the GA. My letter was about Mr J.Bus statement.
I have no question either to former EVP FMJD, Mr P.Hildering, who said the truth as to my withdrawing, or to the FMJD, which fixed it in the Minutes.
It was honest.
What was not honest – that Mr J.Bus statement in my address, placed at the FMJD web-site, in the news’ line in February of 2009.

“The main thing for the FMJD is that nobody in the GA disagreed with that Mr. Yushkevitch was no longer CPI President.”

Follow Mr H.Otten statement (see above) “Therefore I urge you to refer to the minutes only to form your opinion, not about what is written by others.”, we have to base exceptionally on the CD Minutes. Consequently, we may in general pay no attention to EXPLANATION by Mr J.Bus, moreover, when he “explains” us what is “main thing” for the FMJD, probably, considering himself as a person equal to the FMJD.

I think it is not lesser thing for the FMJD to be attention that its official documents and statements from those documents are re-produced correctly at its own media: website FMJD.
In way, which Mr J.Bus re-produced it – he did re-produce the FMJD documents incorrectly, and he did touch my dignity.

The FMJD is not “a close society” standing over all draughts world.
The FMJD is the union of federation, in which all federations have equal rights.
If a federation of a country does believe that a dignity of one of citizens of its country was touched (independently on was it done either by former the FMJD officer or present the FMJD – officer or “retiring” the FMJD officer) – that federation has full right to address to the FMJD leadership to correct a wrong statement.
Such addressing was done by Ukranian draughts federation.

The question stands out both from pure ‘problemism frames’ and personal relations between Mr J.Bus and Mr S.Yushkevitch.
In some way, this is a test for the present FMJD leadership, and the question is: will the present FMJD leadership take care the FMJD documents would be re-produced correctly AT ITS OWN WEBSITE, or the present FMJD leadership will defence wrong statement of Mr J.Bus (still valid the CPI President, consequently, a member of the present FMJD-team, according to the FMJD Statutes) in my address (in fact, in address of former FMJD officer, by the way) for the reason of “a corporate’ solidarity” of the present FMJD-staff?

Of course, it is a small question in comparing with either World Championships’ organisation or with the election of the FMJD President at the next GA (which is so close!), but, it seems to me, an answer to this small question will be interesting for all federations united under the FMJD umbrella.

ß âñåãäà ñ÷èòàë, ÷òî åñòü äåéñòâèòåëüíûå ïîñòû â ÔÌÆÄ: Ïðåçèäåíò, Èñïîëíèòåëüíûé âèöå-ïðåçèäåíò, ñåêðåòàðü èòä. Íî, îêàçûâàåòñÿ, åùå ñóùåñòâóåò ïîñò «óõîäÿùåãî» Ïðåçèäåíòà, êàê ìèñòåð ß.Áþñ îáúÿñíèë âñåìó ìèðó â ñâîåì “Explanations”.
“Explanations” ìèñòåðà ß.Áþñà ñîäåðæàò ñåðüåçíûå íåòî÷íîñòè â îòíîøåíèè ÷èñòî êîìïîçèöèîííûõ ìîìåíòîâ. ß íå ñòàíó èõ îïðîâåðãàòü, õîòÿ ýòî ìîæíî áûëî áû ñäåëàòü ëåãêî. Íî ÿ íå áóäó íàãðóæàòü âíèìàíèå ÷èòàòåëåé, êàê ìèñòåð ß.Áþñ ýòî ñäåëàë.
ß êîñíóñü òîëüêî òåêñòà, êàñàþùåãîñÿ ìåíÿ. Òåêñò ìèñòåðà ß.Áþñà ÿ âûäåëÿþ êóðñèâîì.

Äà, ÿ íàïèñàë ýòî, è ÿ ìîãó ýòî ïîâòîðèòü âî âòîðîé ðàç: ìèñòåð ß.Áþñ ëæåò.
Ìèñòåð ß.Áþñ ëæåò â òîé ÷àñòè ñâîåãî òåêñòà, ãäå îí ïèøåò, ÷òî ÃÀ ÔÌÆÄ «ìåíÿ ïîïðîñèëà» óéòè â îòñòàâêó, â òî âðåìÿ êàê ÃÀ ÔÌÆÄ ìåíÿ ÍÅ ÏÐÎÑÈËÀ óéòè â îòñòàâêó, ÿ óøåë ñàì ñ ïîñòà Ïðåçèäåíòà CPI. È ýòî çàïèñàíî â ïðîòîêîëå ÃÀ.
Ïîñëå ýòîãî ìíå ÷òî – ïîâòîðèòü â òðåòèé ðàç: «ìèñòåð ß.Áþñ ëæåò»?

ß äóìàþ, ÷òî íå ìåíåå ãëàâíûì äëÿ ÔÌÆÄ áûòü âíèìàòåëüíîé, ÷òîáû åå îôèöèàëüíûå äîêóìåíòû è ïîëîæåíèÿ òåõ äîêóìåíòîâ âîñïðîèçâîäèëèñü ïðàâèëüíî íà åå ñîáñòâåííîì ñàéòå.
 òîì âèäå, â êîòîðîì ìèñòåð ß.Áþñ âîñïðîèçâåë èõ – îí âîñïðîèçâåë èõ íåïðàâèëüíî, è îí çàòðîíóë ìîå äîñòîèíñòâî.

ÔÌÆÄ – ýòî íå «çàêðûòîå îáùåñòâî», ñòîÿùåå âûøå âñåãî îñòàëüíîãî øàøå÷íîãî ìèðà.
ÔÌÆÄ – ýòî ñîþç ôåäåðàöèé, â êîòîðîì âñå ôåäåðàöèè èìåþò ðàâíûå ïðàâà.
Åñëè êàêàÿ-ëèáî ôåäåðàöèÿ ïîëàãàåò, ÷òî çàòðîíóòî äîñòîèíñòâî ãðàæäàíèíà åå ñòðàíû (íåçàâèñèìî îò òîãî – ñäåëàë ýòî äåéñòâóþùèé ïðåäñòàâèòåëü ÔÌÆÄ, èëè áûâøèé, èëè «óõîäÿùèé») – ýòà ôåäåðàöèÿ èìååò ïîëíîå ïðàâî îáðàòèòñÿ â ðóêîâîäñòâî ÔÌÆÄ, ÷òîáû èñïðàâèòü íåâåðíîå óòâåðæäåíèå.
Òàêîå îáðàùåíèå áûëî ñäåëàíî ôåäåðàöèåé øàøåê Óêðàèíû.
