I suppose the best we can do is not to wait too long.
We can therefore start from some absolutely clear facts.

1) The Extraordinary Assembly will take place within coming 3 months.
2) the Statutes of the FMJD have to be changed
3) The era of van Beek's FMJD has been ended.
4) The time of the active, practical and businesslike FMJD is coming.
5) The President of the FMJD is I.Shovkoplyas. Whether the GA will confirm his election or elect again.
6) There is a lot of work has to be done by all of us.

I agree with Mr. Presman, but one more absolutely clear fact is forgotten.

7) Management FMJD and its president cannot count itself true if they do not recognize as plenipotentiary organization (RIDF) uniting in the numbers elite of world draughts and all Russian players "100".
