Which the strongest program (international rules)?

How do I acquire a strong program? I have Aurora Borealis, however his program (kallisto) is weak in international rules.

The best program available is Kingsrow, you can buy it at:

Two older but still quite good programs are Flits and Truus, they can be bought at:
