Do you mean the 10P DB for the Checkers program (which I think was around 150 GByte)?
Or do you want to know what the size might be for a 10P DB For International 10x10 Draughts?

Yes. I'm interested in how long it takes 10 DB draughts International. Please specify the exact size of the database.

Calculation wise (so how long would it take to generate the 10P DB) I did not do the math.
But from a size perspective it is possible to make an educated guess.

Based upon the count statistics (although not completely valid), see https://mdgsoft.home.xs4all.nl/draughts/countpiece.html
the 10P DB is around 275 times larger compared with the 8P DB (so also included the non-sense DBs like 9K white 1m black, although they compress quite good).

So based upon the current 56 GB size of the 8P DB from Ed , I would estimate a 10P DB around 15.4 TeraByte.
Which fits basically (more or less) on the recent state of the art Hard Disks (current max 10 TByte, so we ened to use 2 HDs)
.
So storage wise it might be doable-ish (if I did not make an error in the calculations).
Related computing time (and if it would be possible with current standard computer resources) is another topic.

If a program plays better with a 10P DB is very questionable, but for analysis it would help...

In this day and age it's not these 15.4 TeraByte

So as an example think max HD size these days is 8 TByte (Western Digital).
Price around 350 Euro.
So with 2 HDs (700 Euro), it would be possible (storage wise).

Think Ed could indicate time for generation and computer resources needed....
