I think it means that he only has a chance as a sponsor place (nr 39) or an organisation place. Next time when you post something, Jacek, I will ask my question in English; I didnt want to offend you. Usually 999 out of 1000 posts are made by dutch people and in dutch.

Therefor my question was directed more towards people inside the dutch draughts world who maybe are more aware of new developments around the state of Boomstra. He did play for his team last week, so that was encouraging. I sincerely hope for Roel personally he is doing better, that is prio one. As a draughts fan I hope he will be fit enough to at least have the will to play in the WC. I wonder if Roel is on the shortlist of the organization place. A sponsor place is (maybe?) out of commission. What is the interest of the (russian?) sponsor to let Roel play?

Er valt voor mensen als Ron Heusdens en Kees Thijssen niet veel te lachen om dit harde gelag, Daan. Er is momenteel een beetje teveel gesjoemel, vriendjespolitiek, binnen de KNDB.

Hoogstwaarschijnlijk onder anderen Johan Krajenbrink en Rob Clerc, in samenwerking met Marcel Kosters, Harry Otten en Joeri Tsjertok.

Bert Zwart heeft dit scenario al op 24 november aangekondigd, toen er geen vervanger werd aangewezen voor de overspannen Boomstra : viewtopic.php?f=65&t=3996&p=97101#p97101

De KNDB zal ongetwijfeld gaan lobbyen om Roel alsnog in het WK te krijgen, daarom zou het niet goed uitkomen als een andere Nederlander zich zou plaatsen voor het WK.

Kees en Ron kunnen maar beter naar een nieuwe uitdaging gaan zoeken, of ze moeten er eens iets aan gaan doen.
