To the letter from Mr J. Bus

The former CPI President, Mr J. Bus, 17.02.2009 did place at the FMJD site his letter in which he indicated he is no longer the CPI President.

In that letter Mr J. Bus mentioned me in such way (I quote):

"I accepted the position of CPI President a few months after the former CPI President, Mr. Yushkevitch (Ukraine), was asked by the General Assembly of the FMJD to resign."

[Marked by me-S.Y.]

That is not true.

I was not asked to resign my post of the CPI President by General Assembly of the FMJD, like Mr J. Bus indicated.
I resigned myself from my post of the CPI President.

[Marked by me-S.Y.]

I quote the part of Minutes of the FMJD General Assembly-2005, the article 3.11:

"Minutes General Assembly 2005

Dates: Saturday 22 October 2005 – Sunday 23 October 2005
Venue: Amsterdam, Netherlands

3.11.
......

Hildering : In the CPI we have in the 2 years I was EVP, a non-workable situation. Discussions by e-mail were in an aggressive mood. I also realised that one could say, we have 2 parties in the commission, so we always got split decisions. In order to try to understand the positions, I invited the commission first Warschau, then Amsterdam, a week before the GA.
I never got answers from the president Yushkevich. I regret that.
A few days before the GA, he sent an e-mail he resigned from being president of CPI."

[Marked by me-S.Y.]

The GA Minutes - that is the document, in which it is fixed what exactly was said at the GA towards my resign.
The document cannot lie.
In distinction from people.

Back to the letter of Mr J Bus

As the FMJD secretary, Mr F.Teer, did inform me in the begining of December, the FMJD did remove unnecessary negative remarks about me and Mr A.Kaciuska in the CPI reports.

That the FMJD action is merit of respect.

In my memory it is the first case, when the FMJD did not prefer the Mr J Bus statements themselves over the facts existing.

I consider that action as a recognition of the fact that Mr J Bus was wrong in his statements towards me and Mr A.Kaciuska.

However, it put under a doubt everything written by Mr J Bus as the CPI President.

If a man was wrong once, being perfectly awared about real situation, - there is no trust him as regards to all others his statements/actions.

I have nothing personal against of Mr J Bus.
I wish him for New Year a lot of happyness and good health - both physical and menthal.
But I was not and I will not be tolerant towards a lie and dishonest statements/actions.
