FLAUBERT NDONZI is from CAMEROUN.

He lives in FRANCE since 2004.

A foreigner* are allowed to play french championship -according to FFJD laws- if he-or she- lives in FRANCE since three years -minimum- just before championship. But he-or she-cannot compete for national title.

*Foreigner = person who hasn't french nationality.

Flaubert Ndonzi is involved in a procedure to get the French nationality.
In the tournament of Cannes 2007 in February, which he won, Ndonzi played with the French flag before his name.

Perhaps it's comparable with Alexander Baljakin? Baljakin may participate in the Dutch championship, but he may not represent NL in official international tournaments (see e.g. team world championship, where he wasn't allowed to play for NL).

Indeed Ndonzi's position is about the same as Baljakin's was. Someone told me that Bajakin received the Dutch nationality a couple of months ago.
