Is an MI title required, or would an MF do as well?

I get called the Dutch master in soccer, so do I qualify ?
I expect travel and other expenses to be paid for of course + an ongoing payment of $10 / move, which in this field, should give me $200 - $300 per day.

They mean Masters = not Grandmasters.
They have 6 places for GMI (no tournament fee, probably lodging on chargeof organization, etc. ) and 10 places for non GMI.
All GMI places are already reserved.
And 4 non-GMI places are still free.
