Transportation
Nearest airports - Miami International (MIA) and Fort Lauderdale (FLL).
The hotel is situated about 30 minutes driving from both airports.
Shuttle buses, taxis, and car rentals are available at both airports.
If you need to be picked up at the airport, please provide your airline flight information.

Rooms & Rates
$99.00 per day for a room including breakfast and use of recreation facilities (swimming pool, beach chairs, gym, sauna).
This rate will hold up for those who desire to stay few days before or after the official tournament days.
To guarantee this rate, accommodations fees (minus prepaid deposit as below) shall be paid to ICAONA upon arrival.

Food
Breakfast is provided by the hotel.
ICAONA will try to get drinks and light snacks during the games.

Schedule
Arrival day is November 21, 2014 and the departure is November 30, 2014.
If possible, a free day will be provided during the games for the optional sightseeing tour.

Inscription Fee
$120 ($100 for ICAONA members in good standing, i.e., members who paid their current membership dues after January 1, 2013).

Prizes
Monetary prizes will be awarded for leading places in US Open Tournament, US National Championship and Blitz Tournament.
The prize amount will be determined before or shortly after the start of competition with the goal to have prizes similar to the past years.

Additional surprise prizes will be awarded as well.

Deadlines
Please confirm your participation as ASAP but no later than October 20, 2014.
In general, there is a limited space for a playing hall and hotel rooms, so we advice all interested players to send us your request as early as possible,
as there is a possibility that we may not be able to accept everyone.
After that the players can only be accepted if there are vacancies in the hotel and the price per room may be higher at that point.

Reservation
To confirm your participation, we request to send us a non-refundable deposit of $20 US either by mailing the check or money order made to "ICAONA"

If desired, you can pay your tournament fee + hotel (or membership fees) completely on Paypal. However, in this case we will ask you to pay us extra amount to cover Paypal fees. Please contact us for details in this case.
In case you need to make the cancellation later, the deposit minus non-refundable $50 will be returned back to you.
