To Belarussian Draughts Federation
Because of my refusal to play in the Belarussian championship -
qualification to the zonal tournament of the World championship I make
declaration where explain the reasons of withdrawing from the
participation in World and European championships under aegis of the
FMJD and the EDC.
I suppose these organizations are criminal and have nothing to do
with sport. Some 4-5 persons who never played even on the law level or
simply never played are doing all affairs in the FMJD.
The Statutes and the rules do not exist for them. They create idiotic
rules contradicting sense and find arbiters from their surround to
realize it. So, whom are serving these people calling themselves the
FMJD?
The answer to this question was demonstrated on the World Team
championship in Dakar.
The culmination of the championship was the quart-final game A.
Georgiev (Russia) - A. Der (Senegal). In the position close to draw
the mobile phone of Der registered the receiving of SMS. At this
moment all brainlessness of the FMJD and absence of sense , typical
for these people authority and demonstration of power towards the weak
people was concentrated in the decision of main arbiter.
At the moment when Senegal players showed miraculous steadiness,
mastership and in draughts reality won the match , when all Senegal
where draughts is the sport number 2 followed this match the main
arbiter Demsure (Belgium) took the most idiotic decision in the
history of draughts sport and called the game lost for Der. So Senegal
was deprived the victory in the match and maybe in the championship.
To understand the idiotism of the decision is good to imagine the
background where it was taken.
There were no tournament regulations, multiple phones of supporters
ringed, after one of winning games in blitz by E. Prosman ( against
Russia ) and Chizhov ( against Senegal ) yelled so hard that the
signal of the phone of Der might be seen as somnifacient. All of it
was not interesting for arbiters. Also during the championship in
Italy and Dakar the phone signals were not always punished.
The most important is something else. IN the same Dakar the decision
has been taken about organization of the match Chizhov - Georgiev in
march. That means that the match in Yakutsk for Chizhov who didn't
arrive is not declared lost. His title is prolonged for half-year. And
in distinction from Der who switched phone signals off Chizhov acted
consciously, being in favor by the people who take decisions.
There are many examples when the rules are applying to one players
different then to other dependant from closeness to the same 4 -5
persons. If to add here that the same 4-5 persons constantly infringe
rules and Statutes is clear that draughts inside of the FMJD isn't
sport and here is no way for sportive decisions as in the case of Der.
Even clearer answer to the question "Whom is serving the FMJD" comes
from the following fact from the same Dakar.
In the last letter to national federations the FMJD informed that all
players will stay
in 5 star hotel «Meridien». In the reality it was else. All non
players in the Olympiad ( about 25 persons ) stayed for free and eat
in that hotel ( where tournament was played ). They got paradisaical
conditions on the ocean coast.
The players stayed in totally opposite conditions. The way to the game
v.v. together with the waiting time lasted more than 2,5 hours. The
lunch was at 1
.00 P.M. and the dinner at 10.00 P.M. the difference in food was more
then the difference between 5-star restaurant and Dutch prison ( I
read about it ).
An organizer informed me that costs for these non-players were higher
then costs for all players. Moreover these actors providing themselves
paradisaical conditions simply let players play 2 games a day.
So the condition for themselves they permanently improving approaching
to the paradisaical and the conditions for the players are permanently
worsening approaching to hellish.
And of course no way to punish themselves for deception of players and
federations who spent a lot of money for the travel.
Some of them killed the team of Senegal bringing enormous damage to
the draughts sport in this country. Others as Mr. Pawlicky - grey
Eminence of the FMJD already some years trying to kill draughts sport
in Belarus, the second country in the world after Holland in the level
of organization and state support of the draught sport.
His constant maniacal desire to equal Belarus in qualification with
the countries where draughts sport practically doesn't exist, his
actions breaking draughts calender of Belarus bring Belarussian
Federation in very difficult situation.
And that all is happening because BDF always unmask autocracy and
criminal way of doing business by the EDC without bank account ( The
criminal way of doing business by the FMJD is a special theme )
Let be just and mention that not only Belarus is suffering. The
leaders of France and Ukraine A. Cordier and Y. Anikeev got out of
even zonal tournaments and it shows again the killing policy of
Pawlicky towards national federation which are the base of the FMJD.
Incompetency of Pawlicky, his constant falsification is not to explain
by diletantism only. Just look to his last information about
individual results in Dakar. Hi provide it as a private person to
popular sites. But everybody knows that he is Vice-President of the
FMJD. Pawlicky calculate ratings of Dutch team championship and knows
that when the opponents are different the only criteria to compare is
average rating of opponents. And so did Pawlicky self during the
European championship.
To see the falsification of Pawlicky we just compare the result of
Buzhinsky (Lithuania) and Mikhalchenko (Belarus). They played against
totally different opponents. The average rating of Mikhalchenko's
opponents is 61 point higher.
It is tremendous difference. And according to Pawlicky version
Buzhinsky scored higher. There is simply one most important criteria -
the closeness of players to themselves. Knowing Buzhinsky I'm sure he
is not involved in such an actions. But these people are used to have
only coefficient of closeness to themselves in everything - drawing
lots, inadequate punishing ones and impunity for others, assigning of
arbiters who do not know rules, and now also in results.
I want to remind some other idiotic rules created by these 4 - 5
persons from the FMJD:
1. It is not allowed to agree draw before 40 moves. (If both players
are agree they just make any 40 moves in few minutes and others later
look to the games and learn)
2. Own rating as criteria for ex-aequo.
3. Plus and min as criteria for ex-aequo.(that means you have to play
extra hours without knowing you will need it. What the players have to
do who knows they will not end high?)
4. Additional games for ex-aequo in tournament with Swiss system (
Challenge in Stadskanaal and Yakutsk).
5 European championship with knock-our system (it is in draughts
equal to play blitz)
6. Absurdly forming of groups in all stages of World and European
championships according to some secret rules known to these 4-5
persons only ( and their close friends ). And the drawing of lots is
so masterpiece that the hocus-pocus of Copperfield are children tricks
when comparing.
7. Organization of 20 rounds in the World championship in 17 days,
using free day for the round in the Dutch team championship (Amsterdam
2005)
8. No show to the match of game brings result equal to victory.
The list may be continued long.
The authors of all of this novelties in a normal sport could earn
treatment in a madhouse only. But ours now began to bring order in
composition.
That all make constant feeling of being in madhouse. Any illusions
that players can change something do not exist anymore for me. Many
players have not more dignity and courage than cows who moo when are
not glad. And the madhouse is
good for the Main Cow.
Therefore I decided to stop participation in the official World and
European championship under aegis of the FMJD and the EDC.
