Can someone direct me to a page describing various shorthands like +-=!? as in 1823+ or 2025?

About complete system I've never heard. Only about intention of its creation. I can remember one Israelian draughtsman began to make some kind of draughts dictionary. But he never ended it. Would be nice if someone shows us a better ( draughts ) link.

Damwoordenboek - Dictionary on draughts
Ik ben ook met een damwoordenboek (encyclopedie) bezig, Alexander. Ik hoop hem te publiceren op een website die een websitespecialist voor mij aan het bouwen is.
Op die site wil ik de damencyclopedie publiceren en ook inlichtingen verstrekken over diverse damsoorten over de wereld.
