Maybe Mister Pawlicki can react here?Ben Anoniem wrote:So Mister Jacek Pawlicki I still have some questions.
The old men here remember the last victories of the actual no. 1.
In the time of Andreiko, Baba Sy and Hisard -to name a few- our No. 1 did win tournaments. Think of the Suikertournaments.
Later on some Russians but also dutch players did win toptournaments.
It seems necessary to explain why the actual no. 1 is the no. 1.

Mr. Anonim
I have nothing to say for You about Yours question why Mr. Ton Sijbrands - #4 last World Championship is #1 on actual ranking. Just study fmjd-reglament - everything is clear here.
I think that it is not nessesery to re-write it here.
If You are from Holland (I presume Yes) You can also ask Frank Teer - the main authority (in my opinion) in this cases.
If You are from country without his own federation - I can send You a copy of fmjd-reglaments. If You are a member of national federation just ask them (kndb ?) for copy.

Sijbrands has 2462 points on the list of 1 october 2004 (no change/no scorings)J.Pawlicki wrote:I have nothing to say for You about Yours question why Mr. Ton Sijbrands
So, on the list of 1 july 2004 it was also 2462 (-2 on basis of dutch team championship)
On the list of 1 april 2004 it was 2464 (-2 on basis of dutch team championship)
So, on the list of 1 january 2004 it was 2466.
Can you explain those points (2466), given that other players (for example: Georgiev and Chizhov) in the last years, or the last 10 years, or the last 20 years, made better results than he?

Re: Mr. Anonim
Mr. Ben Anoniem (his real name is Bert Bervoets) has for sure the Dutch nationality. He is a boring person who doesn't like Sijbrands personally. So please don't pay too much attention to him.J.Pawlicki wrote: (...)
