Clock - time - OERTERP APPLET

Is it possible to make a perfect countdown on the DGT Board Draughts. As is the case with DGT Board Chess. I use an application:
- OERTERP APPLET
- EBS Tomaboco
- Electronic Board Server
Each time a DGT checkers board is refreshed, it takes precious seconds and then the time does not match the chess clock. Can this serious problem, which I have been struggling with for some year, be fixed somehow so that it does not exist. My internet connection is optical fiber.
