Scan 3.0 for Windows with visual basic library problem

I'm not set up to compile scan 3.0, but probably what you need is this: Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015

Thank Ed, another need. I downloaded Android Studio, if itsn't enough asked how is't possible to compile the source code hub of Scan to an Android app?
