I just read very sad news about Feike Boomstra on the other forum. He passed away two days ago. I wish his friends and family a lot of strength.

Yes, very sad news.

I've met Feike only once, after a Computer tournament in Culemborg two years ago. Afterwards Ed Gilbert and I had dinner with Feike. A very nice and quiet man, full of ideas and always curious to learn new stuff. Later I learned that he was also chairman of the patients organization of the disease that finally got the best of him. No doubt he had lots of ideas in that area as well.

My condolences to his loved ones.

Rein

Yes, very sad news.

I've met Feike only once, after a Computer tournament in Hamel "Championnat de France Open 2007 des logiciels de Jeu de Dames à Hamel (59 nord)".

My condolences

Eddy
